D\u00fdmy a prach vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159i sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed mohou potenci\u00e1ln\u011b obsahovat karcinogenn\u00ed slou\u010deniny chromu VI, niklu a kobaltu a dal\u0161\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00ed d\u00fdmy byly Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed agenturou pro v\u00fdzkum rakoviny (IARC) za\u0159azeny mezi l\u00e1tky karcinogenn\u00ed pro \u010dlov\u011bka (skupina 1). Odhaduje se, \u017ee povol\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010de je spojeno se zna\u010dn\u00fdm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm rizika vzniku rakoviny plic, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno vdechov\u00e1n\u00edm prachu a v\u00fdpar\u016f vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159i sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed kov\u016f. <\/p>\n<h2>Kde se vyskytuj\u00ed rizika<\/h2>\n<p>Sv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00ed d\u00fdmy vznikaj\u00ed, kdy\u017e se kovy zah\u0159ej\u00ed nad jejich bod varu (odpa\u0159\u00ed se) a jejich p\u00e1ry se rychle kondenzuj\u00ed na velmi jemn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice (pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice nebo prach). Mezi hlavn\u00ed kovy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed ocel (nelegovan\u00e1 a n\u00edzko-st\u0159edn\u011b legovan\u00e1), nerezov\u00e1 ocel (lit\u00e1 a na b\u00e1zi niklu) a hlin\u00edk a hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 slitiny. <\/p>\n<p>Sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed plynem, obloukov\u00e9 sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed, sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed paprskem, m\u011bkk\u00e9 p\u00e1jen\u00ed, tvrd\u00e9 p\u00e1jen\u00ed, p\u00e1jen\u00ed, tepeln\u00e9 \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed nebo dr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e1n\u00ed, rovn\u00e1n\u00ed plamenem a tepeln\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edk\u00e1n\u00ed jsou nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi sva\u0159ovac\u00edmi procesy, p\u0159i nich\u017e mohou vznikat karcinogenn\u00ed prachy a d\u00fdmy.<br \/>\nExpozice sva\u0159ec\u00edm d\u00fdm\u016fm se vyskytuje v mnoha odv\u011btv\u00edch, jako je stavba lod\u00ed, automobilov\u00fd a stroj\u00edrensk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl, stavebnictv\u00ed (nap\u0159. mosty, schody, balkony), instalat\u00e9rstv\u00ed, doprava a Telekomunikace. Jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o profese sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010d\u016f, ho\u0159\u00e1k\u016f a kovod\u011bln\u00edk\u016f a pracovn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed v jejich bl\u00edzkosti. <\/p>\n<h2>V\u00edce o l\u00e1tce<\/h2>\n<p>Druh pou\u017eit\u00e9ho sva\u0159ovac\u00edho procesu ovliv\u0148uje povahu a mno\u017estv\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch v prachu a v\u00fdparech. V\u00fdpary vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159i sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed za tepla p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed prom\u011bnlivou sm\u011bs nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt vdechov\u00e1ny. Slo\u017een\u00ed sv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edch d\u00fdm\u016f z\u00e1vis\u00ed na z\u00e1kladn\u00edm a p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00e9m materi\u00e1lu a na pou\u017eit\u00e9 sva\u0159ovac\u00ed technice. Sva\u0159ovac\u00ed techniky s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi emisemi jsou laserov\u00e9 sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly, MIG (pln\u00fd dr\u00e1t, nikl, slitiny na b\u00e1zi niklu), MAG (pln\u00fd dr\u00e1t a dr\u00e1t s tavidlov\u00fdm j\u00e1drem s ochrann\u00fdm plynem i bez n\u011bj), laserov\u00e9 \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed, autogenn\u00ed \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed plamenem, plazmov\u00e9 \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed, obloukov\u00e9 n\u00e1st\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed a plamenov\u00e9 n\u00e1st\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed. Mezi karcinogeny, kter\u00e9 se mohou uvol\u0148ovat b\u011bhem sva\u0159ovac\u00edch proces\u016f, pat\u0159\u00ed slou\u010deniny <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/cs\/fact\/slouceniny-berylia\/\">berylia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/cs\/fact\/slouceniny-kadmia\/\">kadmia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/cs\/good-practice\/nahrazeni-funkcniho-chromovani-zubnich-nastroju-na-bazi-oxidu-chromiteho-pro-zubni-osetreni\/\">chromu VI<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/cs\/fact\/slouceniny-kobaltu\/\">kobaltu<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/cs\/fact\/slouceniny-niklu\/\">niklu<\/a>.    <\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou nastat<\/h2>\n<p>Akutn\u00ed expozice sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010dsk\u00fdm d\u00fdm\u016fm a plyn\u016fm m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed, nosu a hrdla, z\u00e1vrat\u011b a nevolnost a tak\u00e9 hore\u010dku z kovov\u00e9ho d\u00fdmu. Dlouhodob\u00e1 expozice sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010dsk\u00fdm d\u00fdm\u016fm m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit po\u0161kozen\u00ed plic a r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy rakoviny, v\u010detn\u011b rakoviny plic, hrtanu a mo\u010dov\u00fdch cest. Mezi hlavn\u00ed nen\u00e1dorov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed akutn\u00ed nebo chronick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky v d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest\u00e1ch, jako je CHOPN, profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed astma a pl\u00edce sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010d\u016f. UV <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/cs\/fact\/ultrafialove-zareni\/\">z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed vyza\u0159ovan\u00e9<\/a> p\u0159i sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit i melanom o\u010d\u00ed. Sv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00ed d\u00fdmy uvol\u0148ovan\u00e9 p\u0159i sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00e9 oceli (a p\u0159\u00edtomnost manganu v oceli) mohou v\u00e9st k neurologick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edznak\u016fm podobn\u00fdm Parkinsonov\u011b chorob\u011b. Mezi tyto p\u0159\u00edznaky pat\u0159\u00ed poruchy \u0159e\u010di a rovnov\u00e1hy.     <\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u00e1 m\u00edra rizika plynouc\u00ed ze sv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edch d\u00fdm\u016f z\u00e1vis\u00ed na t\u0159ech faktorech: na toxicit\u011b d\u00fdm\u016f, na jejich koncentraci a na d\u00e9lce jejich vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed. Lze d\u00fdmy eliminovat p\u0159echodem na bezd\u00fdmn\u00fd proces (nap\u0159. gilotinu) nebo pou\u017eit\u00edm jin\u00fdch spot\u0159ebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f (\u010dist\u0161\u00edch ty\u010d\u00ed\/dr\u00e1t\u016f)? Pokud ne, nejlep\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm je minimalizovat mno\u017estv\u00ed sv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edch d\u00fdm\u016f p\u0159epracov\u00e1n\u00edm pracovn\u00edho postupu a p\u0159ehodnocen\u00edm pou\u017eit\u00fdch technik a materi\u00e1l\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad pou\u017eit\u00edm sva\u0159ovac\u00edho ho\u0159\u00e1ku s ods\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm. Druh\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt instalace \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f obecn\u00e9ho a m\u00edstn\u00edho v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed (LEV) a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed (st\u00e1t proti v\u011btru). Pokud nelze zajistit dostate\u010dnou kontrolu pomoc\u00ed syst\u00e9mu LEV nebo pokud nen\u00ed rozumn\u011b provediteln\u00e9 tento syst\u00e9m zav\u00e9st, m\u011bli by pracovn\u00edci pou\u017e\u00edvat vhodn\u00e9 prost\u0159edky na ochranu d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest (RPE). Pro pr\u00e1ci trvaj\u00edc\u00ed a\u017e jednu hodinu se doporu\u010duje jednor\u00e1zov\u00e1 maska FFP3 nebo polomaska s filtrem P3. Pro del\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci pou\u017eijte bateriov\u00e9 d\u00fdchac\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje s p\u0159\u00edvodem vzduchu s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159i\u0159azen\u00fdm ochrann\u00fdm faktorem 20 (APF20). Zajist\u011bte proveden\u00ed testu t\u011bsnosti obli\u010dejov\u00e9 masky pro RPE. P\u0159i sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed venku nebude syst\u00e9m LEV fungovat, proto by pracovn\u00edci m\u011bli k omezen\u00ed expozice pou\u017e\u00edvat vhodn\u00e9 RPE. Sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010di by m\u011bli rozum\u011bt rizik\u016fm materi\u00e1l\u016f, se kter\u00fdmi pracuj\u00ed.
