Beryllium je podle CLP na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o klasifikaci ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a balen\u00ed l\u00e1tek a sm\u011bs\u00ed harmonizovan\u011b klasifikov\u00e1no jako karcinogenn\u00ed kategorie 1B, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee u lid\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b zp\u016fsobuje rakovinu plic. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Beryllium m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit senzibilizaci k\u016f\u017ee a chronickou beryliovou chorobu. Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed cesty expozice \u010dlov\u011bka berylliu a jeho slou\u010denin\u00e1m jsou vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed prachu a v\u00fdpar\u016f a kontakt k\u016f\u017ee s v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00edc\u00edmi beryllium. <\/p>\n<h2>Kde se vyskytuj\u00ed rizika<\/h2>\n<p>Procesy s p\u0159edpokl\u00e1danou nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed expozic\u00ed jsou taven\u00ed, lit\u00ed a pr\u00e1ce za tepla a mechanick\u00e9 brou\u0161en\u00ed slitin berylia. Mezi profese s vysok\u00fdm rizikem expozice berylliu pat\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdrobci a zpracovatel\u00e9 slitin beryllia, pracovn\u00edci v keramick\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b, technici raketov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f, pracovn\u00edci jadern\u00fdch reaktor\u016f a pracovn\u00edci elektrick\u00fdch, elektronick\u00fdch a optick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Riziko hroz\u00ed tak\u00e9 p\u0159i odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017eelezn\u00fdch kov\u016f a prim\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159em\u011bn\u011b m\u011bdi a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00fdroby hlin\u00edku m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt expozice zp\u016fsobena obsahem berylia v bauxitu. Pracovn\u00ed expozice m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st tak\u00e9 k dom\u00e1c\u00ed expozici berylliu na pracovn\u00edch od\u011bvech, a\u010dkoli v n\u011bkter\u00fdch zem\u00edch je no\u0161en\u00ed od\u011bv\u016f dom\u016f zak\u00e1z\u00e1no.   <\/p>\n<h2>V\u00edce o l\u00e1tce<\/h2>\n<p>Beryllium je lehk\u00fd kov s neobvykle vysok\u00fdm bodem t\u00e1n\u00ed a pom\u011brem pevnosti k hmotnosti. Je nejleh\u010d\u00ed ze v\u0161ech pevn\u00fdch, chemicky stabiln\u00edch l\u00e1tek. \u010cist\u00e9 kovov\u00e9 berylium a jeho slitiny s m\u011bd\u00ed a hlin\u00edkem se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v leteck\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu a kosmick\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch prost\u0159edc\u00edch, jadern\u00fdch reaktorech a zvukov\u00fdch komponentech. Anorganick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny berylia s oxidem, chloridem, fluoridem, hydroxidem, s\u00edranem a dusi\u010dnanem nach\u00e1zej\u00ed sv\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed v mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch aplikac\u00edch.   <\/p>\n<p>Od 11. \u010dervence 2026 plat\u00ed v r\u00e1mci EU z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 mezn\u00ed hodnota expozice na pracovi\u0161ti ve v\u00fd\u0161i 0,0002 mg\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou nastat<\/h2>\n<p>Vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed prachu obsahuj\u00edc\u00edho beryllium m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit du\u0161nost, ka\u0161el, \u00fanavu, \u00fabytek hmotnosti, hore\u010dku a no\u010dn\u00ed pocen\u00ed. V z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159i vdechnut\u00ed smrteln\u00fd a p\u0159i po\u017eit\u00ed toxick\u00fd. Dlouhodob\u00e1 expozice m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit akutn\u00ed nebo chronick\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed beryliem, progresivn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed plic, nebo dokonce rakovinu plic. Senzibilizace beryliem m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout p\u0159i vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo vystaven\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee prachu, d\u00fdmu, mlze nebo roztok\u016fm berylia.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Doba latence rakoviny souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s beryliem se pohybuje od 15 do 25 let.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat<\/h2>\n<p>Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak zabr\u00e1nit expozici, je pou\u017e\u00edvat alternativy bez berylia nebo s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed berylia. Pokud nelze v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed beryllium nahradit, m\u011bla by b\u00fdt expozice berylliu a jeho slou\u010denin\u00e1m sn\u00ed\u017eena pomoc\u00ed technick\u00fdch kontrol (nap\u0159. pou\u017eit\u00ed v uzav\u0159en\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech, lok\u00e1ln\u00ed ods\u00e1vac\u00ed ventilace tam, kde m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet k emis\u00edm).  Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a pracovn\u00ed plochy (stroje, podlaha) \u010dist\u011bte pouze vysava\u010dem nebo mokrou cestou. Pravideln\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bjte reprezentativn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed expozice, aby bylo zn\u00e1mo, kdy a kde je t\u0159eba p\u0159ijmout opat\u0159en\u00ed.
