Typick\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b, kde se 1,4-dioxan pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, jsou v gum\u00e1rensk\u00e9m a chemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. M\u016f\u017ee se tak\u00e9 vyskytovat jako vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkt v kosmetick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. Pracovn\u00edci jsou mu vystaveni p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kontaminace ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a ko\u017en\u00edho kontaktu, i kdy\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e1 i or\u00e1ln\u00ed expozice. 1,4-dioxan je podle CLP na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o klasifikaci ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a balen\u00ed l\u00e1tek a sm\u011bs\u00ed klasifikov\u00e1n jako karcinogen kategorie 1B (Carc. 1B) a je podez\u0159el\u00fd z toho, \u017ee p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke vzniku karcinom\u016f v nose a tak\u00e9 n\u00e1dor\u016f jater a ledvin. Krom\u011b toho 1,4-dioxan zp\u016fsobuje siln\u00e9 podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest; opakovan\u00e1 expozice k\u016f\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit jej\u00ed vysu\u0161en\u00ed nebo poprask\u00e1n\u00ed.     <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Kde se vyskytuje riziko<\/h2>\n<p>K profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed expozici doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed 1,4-dioxanu, a to inhala\u010dn\u00ed nebo derm\u00e1ln\u00ed expozic\u00ed. 1,4-dioxan se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlo, v laborato\u0159\u00edch (nap\u0159. mobiln\u00ed f\u00e1ze v chromatografii) a v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch provozech p\u0159i polymera\u010dn\u00edch procesech. V souvislosti s expozic\u00ed je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu tak\u00e9 \u010dinnosti spojen\u00e9 s \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm a \u00fadr\u017ebou.  <\/p>\n<h2>V\u00edce o l\u00e1tce<\/h2>\n<p>1,4-dioxan je \u010dir\u00e1, bezbarv\u00e1 kapalina, kter\u00e1 se snadno m\u00eds\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly. Pro svou inertnost se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 hlavn\u011b jako samotn\u00e9 rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlo. Je vysoce ho\u0159lav\u00fd a m\u016f\u017ee vytv\u00e1\u0159et v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 peroxidy. 1,4-dioxan je antropogenn\u00ed chemick\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, kter\u00e1 se v \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u011b nevyskytuje. Je zn\u00e1m\u00fdm vedlej\u0161\u00edm produktem pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch ethoxyla\u010dn\u00edch proces\u016f, a proto m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdtp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd jako kontaminant v kosmetick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravc\u00edch a v\u00fdrobc\u00edch osobn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de, kde je jeho koncentrace p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b regulov\u00e1na. 1,4-dioxan byl rovn\u011b\u017e nalezen jako reziduum v p\u0159edm\u011btech z plast\u016f a pry\u017ee (nap\u0159. v rukavic\u00edch, bot\u00e1ch, od\u011bvech, gumov\u00fdch rukojet\u00edch, \u0159adic\u00ed p\u00e1ce, volantech).     <\/p>\n<p>1,4-dioxan je ve vod\u011b stabiln\u00ed a nerozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 se. Slou\u010deniny ve vzduchu mohou 1,4-dioxan rychle rozkl\u00e1dat na r\u016fzn\u00e9 slou\u010deniny. Existuje kontaminace \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed (podzemn\u00ed vody) souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s likvidac\u00ed chemick\u00fdch rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch 1,4-dioxan a s likvidac\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho 1,4-dioxanu.  <\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou nastat<\/h2>\n<p>1,4-dioxan se po vdechnut\u00ed a or\u00e1ln\u00ed expozici rychle a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u00fapln\u011b vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1. V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 je rovn\u011b\u017e absorpce k\u016f\u017e\u00ed. Po vdechnut\u00ed 1,4-dioxanu se mohou objevit bolesti v horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti b\u0159icha a zvracen\u00ed, jako\u017e i podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed a d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky intoxikace 1,4-dioxanem pat\u0159\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed jater a ledvin, k\u0159e\u010de a k\u00f3ma. V t\u00e9to souvislosti je t\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu sou\u010dasnou absorpci l\u00e1tky k\u016f\u017e\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho m\u016f\u017ee opakovan\u00e1 derm\u00e1ln\u00ed expozice 1,4-dioxanu v\u00e9st k po\u0161kozen\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee. Krom\u011b toho byly ve studi\u00edch na zv\u00ed\u0159atech pozorov\u00e1ny \u00fa\u010dinky na j\u00e1tra a ledviny a na centr\u00e1ln\u00ed nervovou soustavu, jako je strnul\u00e1 ch\u016fze, nark\u00f3za, paral\u00fdza a k\u00f3ma. Je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee po dlouhodob\u00e9 expozici jsou hlavn\u00edmi c\u00edlov\u00fdmi org\u00e1ny d\u00fdchac\u00ed syst\u00e9m, j\u00e1tra a ledviny.       <\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat<\/h2>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpadech, kde je to mo\u017en\u00e9, je t\u0159eba zv\u00e1\u017eit nahrazen\u00ed t\u00e9to l\u00e1tky. Pokud nejsou k dispozici alternativy nebo pokud by se jako vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkt mohl vyskytovat 1,4-dioxan, je t\u0159eba pravideln\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bt \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed expozice, aby bylo z\u0159ejm\u00e9, kdy a kde je t\u0159eba p\u0159ijmout opat\u0159en\u00ed. Pro zamezen\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f na zdrav\u00ed je proto nanejv\u00fd\u0161 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit expozici pod limitn\u00ed hodnotu stanovenou z hlediska ochrany zdrav\u00ed. V pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech pat\u0159\u00ed mezi p\u0159\u00edklady technick\u00fdch kontroln\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, celkov\u00e9 ods\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a lok\u00e1ln\u00ed ods\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. I p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s uzav\u0159en\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k expozici, nap\u0159. p\u0159i odb\u011bru vzork\u016f. V takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a kontroln\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed postupy pat\u0159\u00ed poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed o rizic\u00edch a \u0161kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed obecn\u00fdch standard\u016f pracovn\u00ed hygieny v prostorech pro manipulaci s chemick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami. Pro\u0161koleni by m\u011bli b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 pracovn\u00edci \u00fadr\u017eby a \u00faklidu. Zji\u0161\u0165ujte, zda pracovn\u00edci nehl\u00e1s\u00ed po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky. Doporu\u010duje se zapojit pracovn\u00edho l\u00e9ka\u0159e. M\u011bjte na pam\u011bti, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b 1,4-dioxanu lze posouzen\u00ed expozice podpo\u0159it biomonitoringem, pokud to umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy. Pracovn\u00edci mus\u00ed b\u00fdt informov\u00e1ni o \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch expozice.
