Hlavn\u00edmi cestami potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed expozice \u010dlov\u011bka Hydrazinem jsou vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed, po\u017eit\u00ed a kontakt s k\u016f\u017e\u00ed. Hydrazin je podle CLP na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o klasifikaci ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a balen\u00ed l\u00e1tek a sm\u011bs\u00ed za\u0159azen do kategorie 1B karcinogen\u016f, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee tato l\u00e1tka m\u016f\u017ee u lid\u00ed vyvolat rakovinu. M\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat riziko vzniku rakoviny plic, tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva a kone\u010dn\u00edku, nosu a jater.   <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Kde se vyskytuj\u00ed rizika<\/h2>\n<p>Hydrazin se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b l\u00e9\u010div, agrochemik\u00e1li\u00ed, jako chemick\u00e9 nadouvadlo, v barv\u00e1ch, tiska\u0159sk\u00fdch barv\u00e1ch a organick\u00fdch barvivech, polyuretanov\u00fdch n\u00e1t\u011brech a lepidlech. Krom\u011b toho m\u00e1 hydrazin n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch pou\u017eit\u00ed jako lapa\u010d kysl\u00edku, inhibitor koroze, reduk\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinidlo a hnac\u00ed plyn. K expozici doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b na pracovi\u0161ti a byla zdokumentov\u00e1na v pap\u00edrensk\u00e9m, pneumatik\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m, vojensk\u00e9m a leteck\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, kde se Hydrazin bu\u010f vyr\u00e1b\u00ed, nebo s n\u00edm se manipuluje, nap\u0159\u00edklad jako raketov\u00e9 palivo a p\u0159i dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed paliva do st\u00edhac\u00edch letadel.  <\/p>\n<h2>V\u00edce o l\u00e1tce<\/h2>\n<p>Hydrazin je p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b bezbarv\u00e1 olejovit\u00e1 kapalina s pronikav\u00fdm z\u00e1pachem p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edm amoniak. Jeho kapalina i p\u00e1ry jsou ho\u0159lav\u00e9. Je m\u00edsiteln\u00fd s methyl-, ethyl-, propyl- a butylalkoholy, m\u00edrn\u011b m\u00edsiteln\u00fd s uhlovod\u00edky a halogenovan\u00fdmi uhlovod\u00edky a nerozpustn\u00fd v chloroformu a etheru. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jako chemick\u00fd meziprodukt k v\u00fdrob\u011b zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed (nap\u0159. pesticid\u016f) a chemick\u00fdch nadouvadel, aditiv do polymer\u016f, polymer\u016f, barviv a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch farmaceutick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se tak\u00e9 jako inhibitor koroze, tavidlo pro p\u00e1jen\u00ed, chemik\u00e1lie pro \u00fapravu vody a jako palivo pro rakety a satelity.    <\/p>\n<p>V platnosti je z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 mezn\u00ed hodnota expozice na pracovi\u0161ti stanoven\u00e1 EU ve v\u00fd\u0161i 0,013 mg\/m\u00b3 (\u010dasov\u011b v\u00e1\u017een\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br).<\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou nastat<\/h2>\n<p>Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee Hydrazin je toxick\u00fd p\u0159i kontaktu s k\u016f\u017e\u00ed, vdechnut\u00ed i po\u017eit\u00ed. Mezi p\u0159\u00edznaky akutn\u00ed (kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9) expozice vysok\u00fdm koncentrac\u00edm Hydrazinu u lid\u00ed mohou pat\u0159it podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed, nosu a krku, z\u00e1vrat\u011b, bolesti hlavy, nevolnost, plicn\u00ed ed\u00e9m, k\u0159e\u010de a k\u00f3ma. Akutn\u00ed expozice m\u016f\u017ee u lid\u00ed tak\u00e9 po\u0161kodit j\u00e1tra, ledviny a centr\u00e1ln\u00ed nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Kapalina p\u016fsob\u00ed \u017e\u00edrav\u011b na k\u016f\u017ei a o\u010di a p\u0159i styku s k\u016f\u017e\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee vyvolat dermatitidu.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dlouhodob\u00e1 expozice m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit rakovinu plic, tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva, nosu a jater.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat<\/h2>\n<p>Pro n\u011bkter\u00e1 pou\u017eit\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e1 n\u00e1hrada, nap\u0159. jako ochrana proti korozi a v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed kysl\u00edku v hork\u00fdch vodn\u00edch\/parn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech nebo jako tavidla. Po vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto technick\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je t\u0159eba n\u00e1sledn\u011b zav\u00e9st n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed pracovn\u00ed postupy: poskytnout zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm informace o nebezpe\u010dnosti a \u0161kolen\u00ed, zajistit font\u00e1nky na v\u00fdplach o\u010d\u00ed a nouzov\u00e9 sprchy, na konci pracovn\u00ed sm\u011bny si um\u00fdt \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla a zak\u00e1zat j\u00eddlo, kou\u0159en\u00ed nebo pit\u00ed v prostor\u00e1ch, kde se manipuluje s chemick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami.      Pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bjte spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed expozice, abyste v\u011bd\u011bli, kdy je t\u0159eba p\u0159ijmout opat\u0159en\u00ed.
