K expozici MOCA doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm absorpc\u00ed l\u00e1tky k\u016f\u017e\u00ed. L\u00e1tka m\u00e1 harmonizovanou klasifikaci jako Carc. 1B (l\u00e1tky, u nich\u017e se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee maj\u00ed karcinogenn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l pro \u010dlov\u011bka, zalo\u017een\u00fd p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b na d\u016fkazech na zv\u00ed\u0159atech) podle CLP na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o klasifikaci ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a balen\u00ed l\u00e1tek a sm\u011bs\u00ed.    <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fdm c\u00edlem karcinogenity u \u010dlov\u011bka je urotel mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e, kter\u00fd zp\u016fsobuje rakovinu mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde se vyskytuj\u00ed rizika<\/h2>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm odv\u011btv\u00edm, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k expozici, je formulace a v\u00fdroba vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch polyuretanov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, nap\u0159. polyuretanov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f lit\u00fdch za tepla, vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch polyuretan\u016f speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 v\u00e1lce, nap\u00ednac\u00ed podlo\u017eky a pru\u017einov\u00e9 bloky a pro v\u00e1lce vyroben\u00e9 na zak\u00e1zku. Mezi pr\u00e1ce s vysok\u00fdm rizikem expozice MOCA pat\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1\u017een\u00ed pelet MOCA, taven\u00ed MOCA, d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho MOCA a m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed roztaven\u00e9ho MOCA s p\u0159edpolymerem. V asijsko-pacifick\u00e9m regionu se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jako vytvrzovac\u00ed prost\u0159edek p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edch krytin a t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed d\u0159eva.  <\/p>\n<h2>V\u00edce o l\u00e1tce<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee \u010dist\u00fd MOCA je bezbarv\u00e1 krystalick\u00e1 pevn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvanou formou (v pr\u016fmyslu) jsou granule nebo vlo\u010dky hn\u011bd\u00e9 barvy. M\u00e1 slab\u00fd aminov\u00fd z\u00e1pach, velmi n\u00edzkou rozpustnost ve vod\u011b a p\u0159i zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee explodovat. <\/p>\n<p>V platnosti je z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 mezn\u00ed hodnota expozice na pracovi\u0161ti stanoven\u00e1 EU ve v\u00fd\u0161i 0,01 mg\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou nastat<\/h2>\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee se s p\u0159\u00edpravkem MOCA zach\u00e1z\u00ed, je p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n k\u016f\u017e\u00ed i d\u00fdchac\u00edmi cestami. Absorpce k\u016f\u017e\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e1 d\u00edky lipofilit\u011b MOCA, relativn\u011b mal\u00e9 velikosti molekuly a p\u0159\u00edtomnosti reaktivn\u00edch aminoskupin. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace jsou m\u011b\u0159eny v j\u00e1trech. V\u011bt\u0161ina absorbovan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky se b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika dn\u016f vylou\u010d\u00ed mo\u010d\u00ed a stolic\u00ed.   <\/p>\n<p>Akutn\u00ed vysok\u00e1 a n\u00e1hodn\u00e1 expozice m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed a pocitu p\u00e1len\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee a o\u010d\u00ed, nevolnosti a \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm na tr\u00e1vic\u00ed trakt a ledviny. EU rovn\u011b\u017e stanovila pro MOCA &#8222;pozn\u00e1mku pro k\u016f\u017ei&#8220;, kter\u00e1 nazna\u010duje, \u017ee derm\u00e1ln\u00ed expozice m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bt k celkov\u00e9 expozici. <\/p>\n<p>Chronick\u00e1 expozice MOCA m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit rakovinu mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e.  <strong>Doba latence mezi expozic\u00ed a v\u00fdskytem rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s MOCA je v pr\u016fm\u011bru 11,5 roku a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt a\u017e 45 let.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, m\u011bla by b\u00fdt v \u017e\u00e1dostech zv\u00e1\u017eena n\u00e1hrada. Pokud alternativy nejsou k dispozici nebo se MOCA m\u016f\u017ee vyskytovat jako vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkt, prov\u00e1d\u011bjte pravideln\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed expozice, aby bylo zn\u00e1mo, kdy je t\u0159eba p\u0159ijmout opat\u0159en\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Pro pou\u017eit\u00ed MOCA p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b polyuretanu by m\u011bly existovat p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Zejm\u00e9na se tak\u00e9 vy\u017eaduje dobr\u00fd v\u0161eobecn\u00fd \u00faklid na v\u0161ech pracovi\u0161t\u00edch a pracovn\u00edci by m\u011bli p\u0159evz\u00edt odpov\u011bdnost za sv\u016fj pracovn\u00ed prostor a \u010distotu podlah atd. P\u0159\u00edstup do prostor, kde se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 MOCA, m\u00e1 b\u00fdt omezen na opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky a maj\u00ed b\u00fdt um\u00edst\u011bny bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed zna\u010dky, kter\u00e9 budou pracovn\u00edk\u016fm p\u0159ipom\u00ednat, jak\u00e9 OOPP mus\u00ed nosit. MOCA maj\u00ed b\u00fdt skladov\u00e1ny v odd\u011blen\u00fdch skladech, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 pouze opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm. V polopr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m a strojn\u00edm odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 b\u00fdt zavedeno povinn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159edk\u016f osobn\u00ed ochrany (OOP).    <\/p>\n<p>Pracovn\u00edci si mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u011bdomi \u00fa\u010dink\u016f expozice a m\u011bli by b\u00fdt pravideln\u011b \u0161koleni o kontroln\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00edch nezbytn\u00fdch pro bezpe\u010dnou pr\u00e1ci s MOCA, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo expozici. M\u011bli by b\u00fdt vyzv\u00e1ni, aby hl\u00e1sili v\u010dasn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, jako je p\u00e1len\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee a o\u010d\u00ed. Doporu\u010duje se proto zapojen\u00ed pracovn\u00edho l\u00e9ka\u0159e.  <\/p>\n<p>Biomonitoring je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nejlep\u0161\u00ed metodou pro odhad celkov\u00e9 expozice MOCA v pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
