K expozici doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vdechov\u00e1n\u00edm. Podle CLP na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o klasifikaci ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a balen\u00ed l\u00e1tek a sm\u011bs\u00ed je 1,3-BD harmonizovan\u011b klasifikov\u00e1n jako karcinogenn\u00ed l\u00e1tka kategorie 1A (l\u00e1tky, o nich\u017e je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee maj\u00ed karcinogenn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l pro \u010dlov\u011bka, zalo\u017een\u00fd p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b na d\u016fkazech o lidsk\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed). Mezi hlavn\u00ed karcinogenn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky pat\u0159\u00ed leuk\u00e9mie a lymfom).    <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Kde se vyskytuj\u00ed rizika<\/h2>\n<p>1,3 butadien se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b syntetick\u00fdch kau\u010duk\u016f (v\u010detn\u011b styren-butadienov\u00e9ho kau\u010duku), termoplastick\u00fdch prysky\u0159ic, latexu a jako chemick\u00fd meziprodukt (p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b neoprenu pro automobilov\u00e9 a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 gum\u00e1rensk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b methylmetakryl\u00e1t-butadien-styrenov\u00e9ho polymeru, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako zpev\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tka PVC, a p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b adiponitrilu (prekurzoru nylonu)).<\/p>\n<p>K hlavn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed expozici doch\u00e1z\u00ed v z\u00e1vodech na v\u00fdrobu monomer\u016f 1,3-BD a v z\u00e1vodech na v\u00fdrobu kau\u010duku\/polymer\u016f na b\u00e1zi styrenu-1,3-BD. Mezi profese s vysok\u00fdm rizikem expozice pat\u0159\u00ed procesn\u00ed technici p\u0159i vykl\u00e1dce, v tankov\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a v oblasti \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, polymerace a reakce, laboratorn\u00ed technici a technici \u00fadr\u017eby. <\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho mohou b\u00fdt pracovn\u00edci exponov\u00e1ni 1,3-BD z proud\u016f produkt\u016f ropn\u00fdch rafin\u00e9ri\u00ed nebo z kou\u0159e vznikaj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159i elektrochirurgii.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00edce o l\u00e1tce<\/h2>\n<p>1,3-BD je bezbarv\u00fd plyn vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed krakov\u00e1n\u00edm parafinick\u00fdch uhlovod\u00edk\u016f parou. Emise 1,3-BD do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed poch\u00e1zej\u00ed tak\u00e9 ze zdroj\u016f, jako jsou v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny automobil\u016f, cigaretov\u00fd kou\u0159, kou\u0159 z po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f d\u0159eva a spalov\u00e1n\u00ed gumy a plast\u016f. Nen\u00ed zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee by se 1,3-BD jako p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed produkt vyskytoval ve velk\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou nastat<\/h2>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost expozice 1,3-BD p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci je vdechov\u00e1n\u00edm. Expozice po\u017eit\u00edm potravin a pitn\u00e9 vody se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1, pokud jsou p\u0159ijata vhodn\u00e1 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed hygienick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed. Akutn\u00ed expozice 1,3-BD m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit ospalost nebo z\u00e1vrat\u011b. Chronick\u00e1 expozice 1,3-BD je spojena se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem vzniku hemato-lymfopoetick\u00e9 rakoviny (tj. leuk\u00e9mie a\/nebo lymfomu).   <\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, m\u011bla by b\u00fdt v \u017e\u00e1dostech zv\u00e1\u017eena n\u00e1hrada.
