K pracovn\u00ed expozici azobarviv\u016fm m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet tam, kde se azobarviva vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k barven\u00ed nebo k indika\u010dn\u00edm \u00fa\u010del\u016fm. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem expozice je ko\u017en\u00ed expozice, proto\u017ee v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jsou standardem kapaln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky. V jednotliv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt st\u00e1le relevantn\u00ed inhala\u010dn\u00ed expozice.   <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Azobarviva jsou podez\u0159el\u00e1 z toho, \u017ee zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed rakovinu, proto\u017ee se mohou rozkl\u00e1dat na aromatick\u00e9 aminy. N\u011bkter\u00e9 aromatick\u00e9 aminy jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 karcinogeny (kategorie 1A podle CLP na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o klasifikaci ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a balen\u00ed l\u00e1tek a sm\u011bs\u00ed), nap\u0159. 4-aminobifenyl, benzidin, 4-chlor-o-toluidin, 2-naftylamin, nebo se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee jsou karcinogenn\u00ed pro \u010dlov\u011bka (kategorie 1B podle CLP na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o klasifikaci ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed a balen\u00ed l\u00e1tek a sm\u011bs\u00ed), nap\u0159. o-Toluidin, o-anisidin, 4-aminoazobenzen. Dal\u0161\u00ed aromatick\u00e9 aminy uvol\u0148ovan\u00e9 z azobarviv jsou podez\u0159el\u00e9 z karcinogenity pro \u010dlov\u011bka.  <\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 aromatick\u00e9 aminy jsou spojov\u00e1ny s nemocemi z povol\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed slizni\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny, rakovinu nebo jin\u00e9 novotvary mo\u010dov\u00fdch cest.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde se vyskytuj\u00ed rizika<\/h2>\n<p>Obecn\u011b se azobarviva \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslu k barven\u00ed plast\u016f a pry\u017eov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, d\u0159eva, pap\u00edru, barev a le\u0161tic\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 k barven\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00edch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, jako jsou textiln\u00ed vl\u00e1kna, kosmetika, l\u00e9\u010diva a dokonce i potraviny. Drobn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zahrnovat l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd nebo biologick\u00fd v\u00fdzkum, nap\u0159. barviva pro mikroskopii. <\/p>\n<p>D\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed k barven\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee nebo textilu bylo v Evrop\u011b zak\u00e1z\u00e1no a od t\u00e9 doby se jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eilo.<\/p>\n<p>Azobarviva uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed o-Toluidin, jako jsou C.I. Solvent Red 24, 164 a 215, se st\u00e1le uplat\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159i zna\u010den\u00ed miner\u00e1ln\u00edch olej\u016f nebo p\u0159i nedestruktivn\u00edch metod\u00e1ch jako penetra\u010dn\u00ed barviva pro detekci trhlin, nap\u0159. v kovopr\u016fmyslu. Mezi profese s vysok\u00fdm rizikem derm\u00e1ln\u00ed expozice pat\u0159\u00ed barv\u00edrny, kosmeti\u010dky a kontrolo\u0159i materi\u00e1l\u016f. <\/p>\n<h2>V\u00edce o l\u00e1tce<\/h2>\n<p>Existuje v\u00edce ne\u017e 3000 r\u016fzn\u00fdch azoslou\u010denin. Mezi hospod\u00e1\u0159sky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 azoslou\u010deniny pat\u0159\u00ed azobarviva, kter\u00e1 se d\u011bl\u00ed na azobarviva prakticky nerozpustn\u00e1 v aplika\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed a rozpustn\u00e1 azobarviva. <\/p>\n<p>V druh\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se rozli\u0161uj\u00ed azobarviva rozpustn\u00e1 ve vod\u011b a rozpustn\u00e1 v organick\u00fdch rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlech, kter\u00e1 hraj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou roli pro derm\u00e1ln\u00ed expozici. Rozpustn\u00e1 azobarviva na k\u016f\u017ei mohou b\u00fdt bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed nebo enzymatickou aktivitou p\u0159em\u011bn\u011bna na rozpustn\u00e9 aromatick\u00e9 aminy, kter\u00e9 se vst\u0159eb\u00e1vaj\u00ed k\u016f\u017e\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Azobarviva mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159i\u0159azena k r\u016fzn\u00fdm typ\u016fm barev, jako jsou kysel\u00e1 barviva, p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 barviva nebo reaktivn\u00ed barviva, disperzn\u00ed barviva atd. V syst\u00e9mu barevn\u00e9ho indexu jsou azobarviva stejn\u011b jako jin\u00e1 barviva klasifikov\u00e1na podle sv\u00e9ho chemick\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed a zp\u016fsobu pou\u017eit\u00ed k barven\u00ed, co\u017e vede k n\u00e1zvu barevn\u00e9ho indexu (C.I. generick\u00fd n\u00e1zev). <\/p>\n<p>Za zm\u00ednku stoj\u00ed, \u017ee aromatick\u00e9 aminy lze nal\u00e9zt tak\u00e9 v tab\u00e1kov\u00e9m kou\u0159i, v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynech z dieselov\u00fdch motor\u016f a jako ne\u010distoty v uheln\u00e9m dehtu nebo v p\u0159\u00edsad\u00e1ch p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b pry\u017eov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed profese.<\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou nastat<\/h2>\n<p>Rozpustn\u00e1 azobarviva se vst\u0159eb\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm k\u016f\u017e\u00ed. Ur\u010ditou roli m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t i vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed. V z\u00e1vislosti na tom, zda se jedn\u00e1 o azobarviva rozpustn\u00e1 ve vod\u011b, nebo o azobarviva rozpustn\u00e1 v tuc\u00edch, se v\u0161ak vst\u0159eb\u00e1vaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby a v r\u016fzn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e.  <\/p>\n<p>Akutn\u00ed toxick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky u lid\u00ed byly dosud pops\u00e1ny pouze po expozici rozpustn\u00fdm azobarviv\u016fm, nikoli v\u0161ak nerozpustn\u00fdm azobarviv\u016fm. Po absorpci p\u0159es pl\u00edce a v z\u00e1vislosti na velikosti nerozpustn\u00fdch pigment\u016f se v\u0161ak u nich mohou projevit \u00fa\u010dinky typick\u00e9 pro \u010d\u00e1stice, v\u010detn\u011b podobnosti s granulovan\u00fdmi biopersistentn\u00edmi prachy, nap\u0159. za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky jako ka\u0161el. <\/p>\n<p>Bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee expozice na pracovi\u0161ti se nejv\u00edce t\u00fdk\u00e1 zn\u00e1m\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed z povol\u00e1n\u00ed, jako jsou zm\u011bny na sliznic\u00edch, rakovina nebo jin\u00e9 v\u00fdr\u016fstky v mo\u010dov\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch. D\u00e1le se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee chronick\u00e1 expozice je spojena tak\u00e9 s alergick\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky na k\u016f\u017ei. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Doba latence mezi expozic\u00ed a vznikem rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00fdch cest souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s aromatick\u00fdmi aminy (rakovina mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e) se v\u00fdrazn\u011b pohybuje od 12 do v\u00edce ne\u017e 40 let.<\/strong> <strong>Relevantn\u00edmi karcinogenn\u00edmi aminy jsou o-Toluidin, xenylamin, 2-naftylamin, benzidin a 4-chlor-o-Toluidin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat<\/h2>\n<p>Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem prevence expozice je z\u00e1m\u011bna. Na trhu existuj\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativn\u00ed barviva, nap\u0159. alternativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed barviva nebo miner\u00e1ln\u00ed\/pigmentov\u00e1 barviva, zejm\u00e9na pro textiln\u00ed a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. Pokud n\u00e1hrada azobarviv nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1 a pou\u017eit\u00ed azobarviv se nelze vyhnout, je t\u0159eba p\u0159ijmout opat\u0159en\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed expozice.  <\/p>\n<p>Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak zabr\u00e1nit expozici azobarviv\u016fm, je v\u00fdvoj a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f. Pokud to nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, m\u011bla by b\u00fdt zavedena technick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 m\u00edstn\u00ed ods\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo dobr\u00e9 v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b, a tak\u00e9 kontrola jejich \u00fa\u010dinnosti, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee expozice bude co nejv\u00edce technicky omezena. Jedn\u00edm ze standardn\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f pro textiln\u00ed pr\u016fmysl je nejlep\u0161\u00ed dostupn\u00e1 technologie (BAT), kterou je t\u0159eba zohlednit, aby se minimalizovaly \u00fa\u010dinky na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a zdrav\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>Prov\u00e1d\u011bjte pravideln\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed expozice, abyste zkontrolovali, zda jsou zaveden\u00e1 ochrann\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 nebo zda je t\u0159eba p\u0159ijmout dal\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed. Pracovn\u00edci si mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u011bdomi \u00fa\u010dink\u016f expozice a m\u011bli by b\u00fdt pravideln\u011b \u0161koleni o kontroln\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00edch nezbytn\u00fdch pro bezpe\u010dnou pr\u00e1ci s azobarvivy, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo expozici. M\u011bli by b\u00fdt vyzv\u00e1ni, aby hl\u00e1sili prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky, jako jsou d\u00fdchac\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee nebo ko\u017en\u00ed alergie. Doporu\u010duje se zapojit z\u00e1vodn\u00edho l\u00e9ka\u0159e.    Krom\u011b toho pro\u0161kolte pracovn\u00edky o \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch hygienick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Zajist\u011bte, aby pracovn\u00edci m\u011bli odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed prost\u0159edky osobn\u00ed ochrany, jako je ochrann\u00fd od\u011bv a rukavice, pokud je to nutn\u00e9, proto\u017ee prim\u00e1rn\u00ed cestou expozice je k\u016f\u017ee. Osobn\u00ed ochrana by m\u011bla b\u00fdt pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na pouze jako posledn\u00ed mo\u017enost a m\u011bla by b\u00fdt zva\u017eov\u00e1na pouze do\u010dasn\u011b, po vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch technick\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.
