U \u010dinnost\u00ed zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch olovo a jeho slou\u010deniny je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee pouze \u010d\u00e1st individu\u00e1ln\u00ed expozice pracovn\u00edk\u016f je zp\u016fsobena vdechov\u00e1n\u00edm olov\u011bn\u00e9ho prachu a olov\u011bn\u00fdch d\u00fdm\u016f. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st expozice m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobena or\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjmem p\u0159i kontaktu rukou s \u00fasty v d\u016fsledku nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 hygieny. Dominantn\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm rizikem olova a anorganick\u00fdch slou\u010denin olova je toxick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek na reprodukci. Krom\u011b toho je expozice olovu spojena se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem rakoviny plic, \u017ealudku a mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e u r\u016fzn\u00fdch lidsk\u00fdch populac\u00ed. Nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed epidemiologick\u00e9 d\u016fkazy se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed rakoviny plic a \u017ealudku, kter\u00e9 jsou trvale, ale slab\u011b spojeny s profesemi a pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdmi odv\u011btv\u00edmi, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed expozici olovu. IARC klasifikuje olovo jako karcinogen skupiny 2B, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je pro \u010dlov\u011bka pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b karcinogenn\u00ed.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div title=\"Strana 1\">\n<h2>Kde se vyskytuj\u00ed rizika<\/h2>\n<p>Olov\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00fdpary vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed kov\u016f, kdy\u017e se kov zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 nebo p\u00e1j\u00ed. Olov\u011bn\u00fd prach vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed kovu nebo p\u0159i brou\u0161en\u00ed olov\u011bn\u00e9ho n\u00e1t\u011bru \u010di jeho odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed horkovzdu\u0161nou pistol\u00ed. Olov\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00fdpary a olov\u011bn\u00fd prach nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1pach, tak\u017ee nemus\u00edte v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee jste jim vystaveni. Olovo a anorganick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny olova se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch. Krom\u011b prim\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u00fdroby a v\u00fdroby bateri\u00ed i recyklace se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 ve v\u00fdbu\u0161nin\u00e1ch, p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b skla nebo p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b varhann\u00edch p\u00ed\u0161\u0165al. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m z t\u011bchto odv\u011btv\u00ed jsou pracovn\u00edci vystaveni riziku expozice olovu jeho vdechov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo absorpc\u00ed do t\u011bla p\u0159i nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 osobn\u00ed hygien\u011b.      <\/p>\n<h2>V\u00edce o l\u00e1tce<\/h2>\n<p>Olovo je p\u0159irozen\u011b se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed modro\u0161ed\u00fd t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd kov, kter\u00fd se v mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed vyskytuje v zemsk\u00e9 k\u016f\u0159e. M\u016f\u017ee se pou\u017e\u00edvat jako \u010dist\u00fd kov, v kombinaci s jin\u00fdm kovem do slitiny nebo ve form\u011b chemick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny. Olovo se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro olov\u011bn\u00e9 akumul\u00e1tory v motorov\u00fdch vozidlech, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u010distou slitinu olova.  <\/p>\n<p>Olovo lze tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b st\u0159eliva, kovov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (p\u00e1jky a trubek) a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed rentgenov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Ze zdravotn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f bylo v posledn\u00edch letech v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezeno pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed olova v barv\u00e1ch a keramick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, t\u011bsnic\u00edch hmot\u00e1ch a p\u00e1jk\u00e1ch v potrub\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>\u201eV platnosti je z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 mezn\u00ed hodnota expozice na pracovi\u0161ti stanoven\u00e1 EU ve v\u00fd\u0161i 0,15 mg\/m\u00b3 (\u010dasov\u011b v\u00e1\u017een\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br).\u201c<\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou nastat<\/h2>\n<p>Olovo se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do krve p\u0159es pl\u00edce, kde m\u016f\u017ee po\u0161kodit mnoho org\u00e1nov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f v t\u011ble. Zdravotn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho vystaven\u00ed olovu mohou b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u00e9, od bolest\u00ed b\u0159icha a\u017e po bolesti hlavy a \u00fanavu. Dlouhodob\u00e9 vystaven\u00ed olovu m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k bolestem b\u0159icha, depres\u00edm, nevolnosti, srde\u010dn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, onemocn\u011bn\u00edm ledvin a probl\u00e9m\u016fm s plodnost\u00ed. Krom\u011b akutn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f a pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9ho karcinogenn\u00edho \u00fa\u010dinku se olovo ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 v kostech a v z\u00e1vislosti na mno\u017estv\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee toto ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e9st k vnit\u0159n\u00ed expozici olovu i n\u011bkolik let po ukon\u010den\u00ed expozice p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci.   <\/p>\n<p>Olovo po\u0161kozuje i nenarozen\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed expozice olovu m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit po\u0161kozen\u00ed potomka je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed ot\u011bhotn\u011bn\u00edm. Olovo tedy p\u0159edstavuje prekoncep\u010dn\u00ed hrozbu pro nenarozen\u00e9 d\u011bti u ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u017eeny ve fertiln\u00edm v\u011bku, kter\u00e1 byla vystavena olovu. <\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat<\/h2>\n<p>Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak zabr\u00e1nit expozici, je nahradit je bezolovnat\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky nebo v\u00fdrobky s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm obsahem olova. Pokud v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed olovo nelze nahradit, pro\u0161kolte pracovn\u00edky o rizic\u00edch, bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch postupech a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch hygienick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00edch. Zji\u0161\u0165ujte, zda pracovn\u00edci nehl\u00e1s\u00ed po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky.
