Hygienik pr\u00e1ce Erik van Deurssen vyvinul v\u00edcerozm\u011brnou intervenci ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed expozice k\u0159emeni ve stavebnictv\u00ed. C\u00edlem t\u00e9to intervence je zv\u00fd\u0161it pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technick\u00fdch kontroln\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed a zm\u011bnit chov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f a organiza\u010dn\u00ed faktory. Z\u00e1sah vedl ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed expozice k\u0159emeni a Van Deurssen za sv\u016fj doktorandsk\u00fd v\u00fdzkum v t\u00e9to oblasti obdr\u017eel od BHOS cenu Thomase Bedforda. <\/p>\n

Nastaven\u00ed a probl\u00e9m<\/u><\/h2>\n

V\u0161ichni stavebn\u00ed d\u011bln\u00edci jsou vystaveni prachu. Expozice k\u0159emenn\u00e9mu prachu je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e1 pro zdrav\u00ed lid\u00ed, proto\u017ee nenapraviteln\u011b po\u0161kozuje pl\u00edce a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k chronick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest nebo rakovin\u011b. Mnoho z\u00e1sah\u016f v t\u00e9to oblasti se zam\u011b\u0159uje na technick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nebo prevenci expozice k\u0159emenem. Tyto z\u00e1sahy neberou v \u00favahu chov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f ani organiza\u010dn\u00ed faktory. Je v\u0161ak zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee tyto aspekty do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost technick\u00fdch kontroln\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed.     Intervence byla \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1: byly pozorov\u00e1ny pozitivn\u00ed zm\u011bny v chov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010dast\u011bji se pou\u017e\u00edvala technick\u00e1 kontroln\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se sn\u00ed\u017eila expozice k\u0159emenu. U\u017eivatel\u00e9 intervenci hodnotili pozitivn\u011b. N\u00e1vrhy na zlep\u0161en\u00ed jsou uspo\u0159\u00e1dat jedno povinn\u00e9 sezen\u00ed nam\u00edsto n\u011bkolika sezen\u00ed a pro p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed co nejv\u00edce vyu\u017e\u00edvat (audio)vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed techniky, proto\u017ee stavebn\u00ed d\u011bln\u00edci maj\u00ed obecn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n
