Znalostn\u00ed centrum a poradensk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Volandis p\u016fsobila jako zprost\u0159edkuj\u00edc\u00ed strana a zve\u0159ejnila formul\u00e1\u0159 A. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Vystaven\u00ed DME<\/h2>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanci ve stavebnictv\u00ed a infrastruktu\u0159e jsou p\u0159i pln\u011bn\u00ed mnoha \u00fakol\u016f vystaveni emis\u00edm z dieselov\u00fdch motor\u016f. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny v jejich bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad z proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed dopravy, nebo o v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci se stroji poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdmi naftou. DME jsou karcinogenn\u00ed, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed expozice t\u011bmto l\u00e1tk\u00e1m m\u00e1 vysokou prioritu.  <\/p>\n<h2>M\u00edsta expozice<\/h2>\n<p>U mnoha \u00fakol\u016f, kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanci vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed, je m\u00edra expozice p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1. V odv\u011btv\u00ed stavebnictv\u00ed a infrastruktury je mnoho velmi mal\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 10 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. O nich je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee maj\u00ed jen mal\u00e9 znalosti o nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch a vhodn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00edch. Proto tato odv\u011btv\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1dala o:   <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>C\u00edlov\u00e1 hodnota pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed expozici ( <em>Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed: mezit\u00edm byla vyd\u00e1na evropsk\u00e1 limitn\u00ed hodnota expozice).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>P\u0159ehled praktick\u00fdch a provediteln\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 navazuj\u00ed na nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj a jsou prezentov\u00e1na zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje i mal\u00fdm spole\u010dnostem sn\u00ed\u017eit expozici v\u016f\u010di DME.<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b emis\u00ed vzn\u011btov\u00fdch motor\u016f ve form\u011b A se zam\u011bstnanci a zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 ve Stavebnictv\u00ed a infrastruktu\u0159e dohodli na co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed DME, dokud nebude stanovena kone\u010dn\u00e1 mezn\u00ed hodnota. Vysv\u011btluje se mnoho praktick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed v po\u0159ad\u00ed strategie ochrany zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci. <\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledek<\/h2>\n<p>Zve\u0159ej\u0148uje se formul\u00e1\u0159 A, kter\u00fd obsahuje v\u0161echna nezbytn\u00e1 a praktick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed k co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed DME v
