Monitory s p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm \u010dten\u00edm zalo\u017een\u00e9 na elektrochemick\u00fdch a chemorezistivn\u00edch senzorech maj\u00ed probl\u00e9my s citlivost\u00ed, selektivitou a obvykle je nelze obnovit po expozici velmi vysok\u00fdm koncentrac\u00edm Formaldehydu. <\/p>\n<p>D\u016fsledkem neexistence ofici\u00e1ln\u00edho protokolu jsou pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159i zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edho l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho dohledu nad pracovn\u00edky vystaven\u00fdmi formaldehydu.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Byl vyvinut nov\u00fd kolorimetrick\u00fd vl\u00e1knov\u00fd senzorov\u00fd syst\u00e9m pro monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed formaldehydu. Lze jej pou\u017e\u00edt pro bezobslu\u017en\u00e9 monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed in situ, online. <\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho bibliografick\u00e9ho p\u0159ehledu byl navr\u017een nov\u00fd specifick\u00fd protokol l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho dohledu pro pracovn\u00edky vystaven\u00e9 formaldehydu.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdsledky<\/h2>\n<p>Byl vyvinut inovativn\u00ed syst\u00e9m monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed formaldehydu v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase zalo\u017een\u00fd na absorpci sv\u011btla v evanescentn\u00edm poli plastov\u00e9ho optick\u00e9ho vl\u00e1kna citliv\u00e9ho na formaldehyd. Senzor prov\u00e1d\u00ed 15minutov\u00e1 integrovan\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed (mez detekce: 0,03 a\u017e 0,20 ppmv), po nich\u017e n\u00e1sleduje automatick\u00fd proces regenerace vzduchem. <\/p>\n<p>Senzor prok\u00e1zal pozoruhodn\u00fd v\u00fdkon p\u0159i instalaci v procesu impregnace pap\u00edru v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m podniku a mohl by b\u00fdt snadno nasazen i v jin\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch a procesech, kde Formaldehyd p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed riziko. Jeho robustnost, selektivita a citlivost, inteligentn\u00ed automatick\u00e1 regenerace a nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba spl\u0148uj\u00ed po\u017eadavky na v\u00fdkonn\u00fd analytick\u00fd n\u00e1stroj pro monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed hladiny Formaldehydu in situ v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Monitorovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m lze snadno propojit s popla\u0161n\u00fdmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi a specifick\u00fdmi kontroln\u00edmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi (nap\u0159. uzamyk\u00e1n\u00ed dve\u0159\u00ed, m\u00edstn\u00ed ods\u00e1vac\u00ed ventilace atd.), kter\u00e1 by se autonomn\u011b aktivovala p\u0159i p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed prahov\u00e9 koncentrace (evropsk\u00e1 sm\u011brnice 2004\/37\/ES, \u010dl. 5 p\u00edsm. k)).<\/p>\n<p>V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b stoj\u00ed za zm\u00ednku vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho protokolu pro zdravotn\u00ed dohled nad pracovn\u00edky vystaven\u00fdmi formaldehydu. Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed tohoto protokolu l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed expozice Formaldehydu je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm krokem v preventivn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, nebo\u0165 n\u011bkter\u00e9 z \u010dinnost\u00ed v n\u011bm prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fdch umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed stanovit potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed podez\u0159en\u00ed na expozici velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdm koncentrac\u00edm t\u00e9to l\u00e1tky na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f, kter\u00e9 by se u exponovan\u00fdch osob mohly projevit, a to po vytvo\u0159en\u00ed korela\u010dn\u00ed tabulky mezi p\u0159\u00edznaky, kter\u00e9 by se u pracovn\u00edk\u016f mohly potenci\u00e1ln\u011b projevit, a koncentrac\u00ed expozice v prost\u0159ed\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Tento protokol tak\u00e9 navrhuje pou\u017eit\u00ed biologick\u00fdch indik\u00e1tor\u016f, kter\u00e9 dosud pou\u017e\u00edvaly a vyv\u00edjely v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 skupiny.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tento projekt z\u00edskal finan\u010dn\u00ed podporu z programu
