To do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry br\u00e1n\u00ed jejich \u0161irok\u00e9mu vyu\u017eit\u00ed.   <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>R\u00e1mec TRAAC pom\u00e1h\u00e1 tento probl\u00e9m odstranit. Kvantifikuje p\u0159ipravenost r\u016fzn\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f a metod na jejich \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdmi stranami.   <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Pot\u0159eba inovativn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Pro odhadov\u00e1n\u00ed a zm\u00edr\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed rizik nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f <em>jsou<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/documents\/10162\/21838212\/scientific_ws_proceedings_en.pdf\/a2087434-0407-4705-9057-95d9c2c2cc57\">metodiky nov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu nebo n\u00e1stroje<\/a> a metody (nap\u0159. in-silico, in-vitro, <em>in-chemico) rychlej\u0161\u00ed a \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed variantou<\/em> ne\u017e \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 a na zdroje n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 tradi\u010dn\u00ed experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. Aby se napomohlo \u0161ir\u0161\u00edmu p\u0159ijet\u00ed t\u011bchto &#8222;rychlej\u0161\u00edch&#8220; n\u00e1stroj\u016f a metod ze strany regula\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f a jejich pou\u017eitelnosti z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdmi stranami, diagnostikuje r\u00e1mec TRAAC v t\u00e9to souvislosti p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u011bti pil\u00ed\u0159\u016f: Transparentnost, Spolehlivost, P\u0159\u00edstupnost, Pou\u017eitelnost a \u00daplnost (tj. TRAAC). Ka\u017ed\u00fd pil\u00ed\u0159 TRAAC se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z krit\u00e9ri\u00ed, kter\u00e1 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed celkov\u00e9 kvality n\u00e1stroj\u016f a metod z hlediska jejich (i) kompatibility s regula\u010dn\u00edmi r\u00e1mci a (ii) u\u017eite\u010dnosti a pou\u017eitelnosti pro koncov\u00e9 u\u017eivatele.     <\/p>\n<h2>C\u00edlov\u00e1 skupina a p\u0159\u00ednosy
