Ne v\u017edy je v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u00edt v dob\u011b odb\u011bru bioptick\u00e9ho vzorku v bl\u00edzkosti digesto\u0159. <\/p>\n<h2>Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/h2>\n<p>Pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu p\u0159ijaly nemocnice v r\u00e1mci <strong>Institutu Catal\u00e0 de la Salut (\u0160pan\u011blsko <\/strong>) a v\u0161echna p\u0159idru\u017een\u00e1 centra prim\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de, pohotovosti a dal\u0161\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e1 st\u0159ediska bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 minimalizovat expozici pracovn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>U tohoto syst\u00e9mu se vzorek nejprve vlo\u017e\u00ed do n\u00e1doby, kter\u00e1 se pot\u00e9 bezpe\u010dn\u011b uzav\u0159e, a teprve pot\u00e9 se do n\u00ed vlo\u017e\u00ed Formaldehyd. Tento postup v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje expozici v\u00fdpar\u016fm formaldehydu. Krom\u011b toho jsou tyto kontejnery s uzav\u0159en\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem navr\u017eeny tak, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo rozlit\u00ed b\u011bhem p\u0159epravy, a jsou nepropustn\u00e9, co\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee vzorek z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 ve st\u00e1l\u00e9m kontaktu s Formaldehydem pro optim\u00e1ln\u00ed konzervaci.  <\/p>\n<p>Tento syst\u00e9m umo\u017enil zdravotnick\u00fdm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed manipulaci s bioptick\u00fdmi vzorky, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se dos\u00e1hlo nulov\u00e9 expozice Formaldehydu ve v\u0161ech nemocnic\u00edch a zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch.
