V n\u011bkter\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, nap\u0159\u00edklad v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, se st\u00e1le pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a\/nebo karcinogenn\u00ed chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v posledn\u00edm desetilet\u00ed automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl st\u00e1le v\u00edce projevuje siln\u00fd z\u00e1vazek k soci\u00e1ln\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti podnik\u016f. P\u0159edm\u011btem z\u00e1jmu byly p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm syst\u00e9my pro odlakov\u00e1n\u00ed lak\u016f. Tyto syst\u00e9my se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159i \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b lakovac\u00edch kabin v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu k odplavov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed zbytk\u016f barvy, aby se usnadnilo \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a likvidace odpadu. Tyto syst\u00e9my byly p\u0159edm\u011btem z\u00e1jmu, proto\u017ee k jejich \u00faprav\u011b byl pou\u017eit melamin-Formaldehyd. Rostly obavy ekologicky sm\u00fd\u0161lej\u00edc\u00edch v\u00fdrobc\u016f z mo\u017en\u00e9ho dopadu formaldehydu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a tak\u00e9 organizac\u00ed zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch se ochranou zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee formaldehyd je karcinogen.      <\/p>\n<h2><u>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed<\/u><\/h2>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost Ecolab je pova\u017eov\u00e1na za celosv\u011btov\u00e9ho l\u00eddra v oblasti technologi\u00ed a slu\u017eeb pro vodu, hygienu a energii. Spole\u010dnost Ecolab vyvinula na z\u00e1klad\u011b rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu a d\u016fkladn\u00e9ho testov\u00e1n\u00ed v ter\u00e9nu tzv. technologii detaktivace n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f APEX. Tato chemie nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 Formaldehyd a je vyrobena v\u00fdhradn\u011b z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee neobsahuje nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 ani karcinogenn\u00ed chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a je zcela biologicky odbourateln\u00e1.   <\/p>\n<h2><u>V\u00fdsledky<\/u><\/h2>\n<p>Program APEX pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sni\u017eovat spot\u0159ebu chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, pevn\u00e9ho odpadu, vody a celkov\u00fdch provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f a z\u00e1rove\u0148 poskytuje vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdkon. Proto z\u00edskal v roce 2012 ocen\u011bn\u00ed za vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed inovace, technologick\u00fd pokrok a obchodn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost od \u010dasopisu Automotive News PACE (Premier Automotive Suppliers Contribution to Excellence). Technologie APEX byla \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b implementov\u00e1na v syst\u00e9mech lakovac\u00edch kabin pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch v\u0161echny druhy barev (polyuretany, 2K bezbarv\u00e9 laky, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011bry s vysok\u00fdm obsahem pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011bry s vysok\u00fdm obsahem pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek na b\u00e1zi rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011bry s vysok\u00fdm obsahem pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek na b\u00e1zi vody).
