November 2020 wurden in Dortmund die Gewinner des 13. Deutschen Gefahrstoffschutzpreises bekannt gegeben. Die URSA Chemie GmbH war einer der Preistr\u00e4ger f\u00fcr ihre technischen L\u00f6sungen zum sicheren Umgang mit kanzerogenen Stoffen.<\/p>\n<p>Die URSA Chemie GmbH aus Montabaur entwickelte ein System, mit dem <u>Chroms\u00e4uref\u00e4sser<\/u> kontaktlos ge\u00f6ffnet, entleert und gereinigt werden k\u00f6nnen. Dazu werden die F\u00e4sser in einer Handschuhbox ge\u00f6ffnet, die feste Chroms\u00e4ure mit Hilfe einer Vakuumsauglanze direkt aus den F\u00e4ssern in den Produktionskessel gesaugt, das entleerte Fass gereinigt und schlie\u00dflich dem Bediener zur Entnahme bereitgestellt. Dadurch wird sicher verhindert, dass kanzerogene feste Chroms\u00e4ure eingeatmet wird oder mit der Haut in Kontakt kommt. Zudem kann sie nicht in andere Produktionsbereiche verschleppt werden.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Video stellen Rainer Bloedhorn-Dausner das Unternehmen und seine Arbeit vor.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"URSA
