Hiljattain julkaistiin m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ys &#8221;TRGS 561 Karsinogeenej\u00e4 ja niiden yhdisteit\u00e4 sis\u00e4lt\u00e4v\u00e4t toiminnot&#8221;. Siin\u00e4 kuvataan oikeudelliset vaatimukset ja edellytykset, joiden mukaisesti n\u00e4it\u00e4 karsinogeenej\u00e4 voidaan k\u00e4sitell\u00e4 turvallisesti.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ongelma<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Eri teollisuudenalojen ja alojen ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4t t\u00f6rm\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t ty\u00f6paikoilla karsinogeeneiksi luokiteltuihin metalleihin. Esimerkkej\u00e4 n\u00e4ist\u00e4 metalleista ja niiden yhdisteist\u00e4 ovat: Arseeniyhdisteet, Berylliumyhdisteet, Kadmiumyhdisteet, Kromiyhdisteet, Kobolttiyhdisteet ja Nikkeliyhdisteet. N\u00e4iden aineiden kanssa ty\u00f6skentelyyn voi liitty\u00e4 suuri riski. Ty\u00f6nantajat ovat velvollisia pit\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n altistumistasot mahdollisimman alhaisina; TRGS auttaa heit\u00e4 t\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n ty\u00f6terveyshuoltoa koskevan asetuksen vaatimukset.   <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ratkaisu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>TRGS:ss\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4ritell\u00e4\u00e4n Saksan vaarallisista aineista annetun asetuksen (GefStoffV) ja ty\u00f6terveyshuoltoa koskevan asetuksen (ArbMedVV) vaatimukset. Noudattamalla n\u00e4it\u00e4 teknisi\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4yksi\u00e4 ty\u00f6nantaja voi siten olettaa, ett\u00e4 asetuksen vastaavat vaatimukset on t\u00e4ytetty. N\u00e4iden TRGS:ien p\u00e4\u00e4tavoitteena on saavuttaa altistumistaso, joka on alle siedett\u00e4v\u00e4n pitoisuuden. TRGS:ss\u00e4 annetaan my\u00f6s yleisi\u00e4 suojatoimenpiteit\u00e4 vaarallisten aineiden kanssa ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4 varten.   <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tulokset<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>TRGS auttaa ty\u00f6nantajia t\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n lakis\u00e4\u00e4teiset vaatimukset. N\u00e4in varmistetaan turvallisempi ty\u00f6paikka ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ille, jotka ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4t karsinogeenisten metallien parissa, ja v\u00e4hennet\u00e4\u00e4n sy\u00f6p\u00e4uhrien m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4 tulevaisuudessa.
