Le centre de connaissances et consultant Volandis a agi en tant que partie interm\u00e9diaire et a publi\u00e9 le formulaire A. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Exposition au DME<\/h2>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s des secteurs de la construction et des infrastructures sont expos\u00e9s aux \u00e9missions des moteurs diesel dans le cadre de nombreuses t\u00e2ches. Il peut s&rsquo;agir de gaz d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement dans leur environnement proche, par exemple le trafic routier, ou de gaz d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement produits pendant le travail, par exemple lors de l&rsquo;utilisation de machines fonctionnant au diesel. Le DME est un canc\u00e9rog\u00e8ne, ce qui signifie que la r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 ce gaz est une priorit\u00e9 absolue.  <\/p>\n<h2>Points d&rsquo;exposition<\/h2>\n<p>Dans de nombreuses t\u00e2ches ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es par les employ\u00e9s, le taux d&rsquo;exposition est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les secteurs de la construction et des infrastructures comprennent de nombreuses tr\u00e8s petites entreprises, employant moins de 10 employ\u00e9s. On sait que ces entreprises ont peu de connaissances sur les substances dangereuses et les mesures appropri\u00e9es. C&rsquo;est pourquoi les secteurs ont demand\u00e9 :   <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Une valeur cible pour l&rsquo;exposition maximale <em>(veuillez noter qu&rsquo;entre-temps, une valeur limite d&rsquo;exposition europ\u00e9enne a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Un aper\u00e7u des mesures pratiques et r\u00e9alisables, suivant les d\u00e9veloppements de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l&rsquo;art, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re qui permet \u00e9galement aux petites entreprises de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 la DME.<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Solutions<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la forme A des \u00e9missions des moteurs diesel, les employ\u00e9s et les employeurs du secteur de la construction et de l&rsquo;infrastructure ont convenu de r\u00e9duire autant que possible les \u00e9missions de DME, dans l&rsquo;attente d&rsquo;une valeur limite d\u00e9finitive. De nombreuses mesures pratiques sont expliqu\u00e9es, dans le cadre de la strat\u00e9gie de sant\u00e9 au travail. <\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9sultat<\/h2>\n<p>Le formulaire A, en cours de publication, comprend toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires et pratiques pour r\u00e9duire autant que possible la DME dans le
