Le Comit\u00e9 des hauts responsables de l’inspection du travail (CHRIT) de la Commission europ\u00e9enne a lanc\u00e9 son guide \u00e0 l’intention des inspecteurs nationaux du travail le jeudi 27 octobre 2016 \u00e0 La Haye, aux Pays-Bas. Son objectif est d’aider les inspecteurs du travail \u00e0 traiter les risques auxquels les travailleurs sont confront\u00e9s lorsqu’ils sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 la silice cristalline respirable (SCR) sur les chantiers de construction.Le document, \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le groupe de travail du CHRIT sur les produits chimiques, CHEMEX, comprend des sections sur les raisons pour lesquelles la SCR constitue un risque pour la sant\u00e9, le cadre r\u00e9glementaire de l’UE et des informations pratiques. Ces derni\u00e8res comprennent la hi\u00e9rarchie de contr\u00f4le ainsi que des exemples importants de mesures de contr\u00f4le pertinentes. Accompagn\u00e9 de 14 fiches de travail, il se concentre sur les risques RCS les plus prioritaires sur les chantiers de construction. Pour \u00e9laborer ce guide, le groupe de travail a pris en compte les pratiques de centaines d’inspecteurs des 28 \u00c9tats membres de l’Union europ\u00e9enne. <\/p>\n
