Bien entendu, tout professionnel sait ce qu’il fait et est expert dans son m\u00e9tier. Mais il peut ne pas \u00eatre directement impliqu\u00e9 dans l’\u00e9valuation des risques et le choix ult\u00e9rieur des mesures techniques et personnelles. De plus, avec chaque t\u00e2che routini\u00e8re, la vigilance concernant les mesures de pr\u00e9caution peut diminuer.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Il arrive parfois que le retrait correct de l’\u00e9quipement de protection apr\u00e8s une t\u00e2che semble retarder inutilement la fin de la journ\u00e9e de travail. Ou que le syst\u00e8me de ventilation de l’appareil technique entrave toujours l’ex\u00e9cution efficace d’une t\u00e2che. Par cons\u00e9quent, pour que chaque travailleur soit bien inform\u00e9 des risques potentiels associ\u00e9s \u00e0 sa t\u00e2che et applique en cons\u00e9quence les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, il ne suffit pas de simplement diffuser des fiches d’information. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la participation active des travailleurs, l’exemplarit\u00e9 et les tests pratiques sont des compl\u00e9ments essentiels au transfert d’informations th\u00e9oriques. Les exemples peuvent \u00eatre le signalement de \u00ab quasi-accidents \u00bb et la r\u00e9compense des id\u00e9es des travailleurs pour motiver l’ensemble de l’\u00e9quipe.<\/p>

Les substances canc\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, ou canc\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, sont des agents canc\u00e9rig\u00e8nes. Un exemple bien connu est l’amiante, une substance responsable de milliers de victimes qui souffrent et meurent \u00e0 cause de l’exposition aux particules d’amiante dans le pass\u00e9.<\/p>
