Citostatici i citotoksi\u010dni agensi sprje\u010davaju replikaciju ili rast stanica, \u0161to ih \u010dini korisnim lijekovima protiv raka i izuzetno toksi\u010dnima. Kako bi se utvrdilo koje kolektivne i osobne za\u0161titne mjere treba poduzeti pri rukovanju tim tvarima, CENEXI-Laboratoires Thissen koristi validiranu strategiju klasifikacije: Vodi\u010d za odabir strategije kontrole. <\/p>\n

Postavka i problem<\/u><\/h2>\n

Citostatici i citotoksi\u010dni agensi \u010desto se koriste kao lijekovi protiv raka jer sprje\u010davaju replikaciju ili rast stanica. To ih \u010dini i izuzetno toksi\u010dnima za zdrave ljude. Informacije o za\u0161titi zaposlenika, koje se obi\u010dno mogu prona\u0107i u sigurnosno-tehni\u010dkom listu, \u010desto su nepotpune za ove tvari. Stoga nije jasno (kako odrediti) koje mjere treba poduzeti kako bi se zaposlenici za\u0161titili od izlo\u017eenosti pri radu s tim tvarima. <\/p>\n

Otopina<\/u><\/h2>\n

CENEXI-Laboratoires Thissen sada koristi Vodi\u010d za odabir strategije kontrole. To je validirani klasifikacijski sustav koji za svaki agens odre\u0111uje koje kolektivne i individualne za\u0161titne mjere treba poduzeti. Ovaj klasifikacijski sustav temelji se na razini izlo\u017eenosti, koja se odre\u0111uje trajanjem izlo\u017eenosti, pra\u0161inom tvari i njezinom koli\u010dinom te na granicama izlo\u017eenosti na radnom mjestu (OEL).
