Sfochromatische mengsels worden nog regelmatig gebruikt in laboratoria voor het reinigen van glazen kolven en vaten. Er zijn een aantal oplossingen voor de vervanging van sulfochromatische mengsels:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decon 90 (VWR International): Een emulsie van anionische en niet-ionische oppervlakteactieve stoffen, natronloog en stabiliserende middelen.<\/li>\n<li>TFD 4 (Franklab): een mengsel van anionogene en niet-ionogene oppervlakteactieve stoffen, kaliumhydroxide en stabiliserende stoffen<\/li>\n<li>Alconox (Vasse Industries): Anionogene oppervlakteactieve stoffen Dit zijn detergenten met tensioactieve stoffen, zoals alkylbenzeensulfonaten, die gebruikt kunnen worden voor het reinigen van laboratoriuminstrumenten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze reinigingsmiddelen zijn ook verkrijgbaar voor reiniging met
