Bedrijven die deze stoffen gebruiken, zoeken actief naar veiligere alternatieven (minder gevaarlijke stoffen, nieuwe technologie\u00ebn en processen) en rapporteren over deze alternatieven. Hieronder vindt u informatie over mogelijke alternatieven voor chroomtrioxide in de verschillende autorisatieaanvragen die ECHA tot nu toe heeft ontvangen. Volg voor meer informatie de link naar het volledige dossier.   <\/p>\n<div id=\"wp-content-editor-tools\" class=\"wp-editor-tools hide-if-no-js\">\n<div class=\"wp-editor-tabs\">\n<p>Hieronder vind je mogelijke alternatieven voor chroom(VI)trioxide voor oppervlaktebehandelingen in de lucht- en ruimtevaartindustrie<\/p>\n<h2>Chroomtrioxide<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EG-nummer<\/strong>: 215-607-8<\/li>\n<li><strong>CAS-nummer<\/strong>: 1333-82-0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gebruik<\/strong>: Voor oppervlaktebehandelingen in de lucht- en ruimtevaartindustrie<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technische functie: <\/strong>Ingredi\u00ebnt dat wordt gebruikt voor oppervlaktebehandelingen in de lucht- en ruimtevaartindustrie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>  Alternatieven:<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Verschillende (groepen) bedrijven hebben onderzoek gedaan naar mogelijke alternatieven om chroomtrioxide te vervangen. Zelfs als deze alternatieven niet zijn gekozen voor hun specifieke geval, kunnen ze toch een geschikte optie zijn voor andere gevallen. <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr(III)-gebaseerde platingtechnologie (met nikkel onderlaag)<\/li>\n<li>Voor de voorbehandeling: zure behandeling met anorganische zuren (zwavelzuur, fosforzuur en salpeterzuur) en additieven, zoals corrosieremmers, versnellers, oppervlakteactieve stoffen en complexvormers.<\/li>\n<li>Voor de chroomzuuranodisatie (CAA): Dunne-film zwavelzuur anodiseren (TFSAA) + SOCOSURF TCS\/SOCOSURF PACS + heet water afdichting<\/li>\n<li>Voor de chemische conversiebehandeling op basis van chroomtrioxide (CCCT): SOCOSURF TCS\/PACS<\/li>\n<li>Coating met hoge snelheid zuurstofbrandstof waarbij een wolfraamcarbide-kobaltchroommengsel wordt gebruikt als het poedermateriaal in het spuitproces (HVOF WCCoCr).<\/li>\n<li>Zuurstofcoating met hoge snelheid op basis van Co-vrije poeders (HVOF CrCNiCr)<\/li>\n<li>D-Gun en Super D-Gun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Meer informatie<\/h2>\n<p>Alle onderzoeksinspanningen van bedrijven zijn gedocumenteerd in rapporten.
