De robot vermindert de kans op blootstelling aan gevaarlijke stoffen, vermindert de belasting van de handen en geeft de assistent meer tijd voor andere complexe bereidingen. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Instelling en probleem<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Farmaceutisch assistenten lopen risico&#8217;s bij het voorbereiden van chemotherapie voor pati\u00ebnten, zoals problemen met de handen en blootstelling aan gevaarlijke stoffen in de chemo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Oplossing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De robot werkt volgens gravimetrische principes en weegt flacons, zakken en vloeistoffen nauwkeurig op een veilige balans. Elke flacon wordt uniek ge\u00efdentificeerd door middel van hoogtesensoren en fotoherkenning. Het gebruik van een robot verhoogt de veiligheid voor farmaceutische assistenten door een volledige barri\u00e8re te vormen tussen hen en gevaarlijke stoffen, waardoor een veiligere werkomgeving wordt gecre\u00eberd.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resultaten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Door gebruik te maken van de cytostaticarobot hoeven apothekersassistenten tijdens de bereiding van chemotherapie niet in direct contact te komen met gevaarlijke stoffen, wat de veiligheid op de werkplek aanzienlijk verbetert. Deze verminderde blootstelling is vooral cruciaal gezien het tekort aan apotheektechnici. Bovendien stroomlijnt de robot het bereidingsproces, waardoor er minder handmatige handelingen nodig zijn en de kans op menselijke fouten kleiner wordt. Bovendien maakt de robot kostenbesparingen mogelijk door het delen van dure medicijnflesjes te optimaliseren.
