Bijvoorbeeld in 2015: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Er zijn 25.000 operaties gedeclareerd om asbest te verwijderen of in te kapselen (asbestverwijdering);<\/li>\n<li>Bijna 130.000 ton asbest is verwijderd;<\/li>\n<li>80% van deze operaties betrof gebouwen en 12% industri\u00eble installaties;<\/li>\n<li>De meeste van deze activiteiten betroffen asbestcementmaterialen (80%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Daarom hebben de belangrijkste ministeries die zich met asbest bezighouden (bouw, milieu, gezondheid en arbeid) een <strong>interministerieel asbestplan<\/strong> opgesteld om deze sectoroverschrijdende kwestie beter te co\u00f6rdineren. Dit driejarenplan, dat in december 2015 door de minister-president werd bekrachtigd, omvat 5 gebieden: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Versterken en aanpassen van de informatie, waaronder het opzetten van een interministeri\u00eble publieke website;<\/li>\n<li>De professionalisering verbeteren en versnellen;<\/li>\n<li>Handhaving van regelgeving vergemakkelijken en ondersteunen;<\/li>\n<li>O&amp;O ondersteunen en bevorderen;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring- en evaluatie-instrumenten ontwikkelen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het <strong>ministerie van Arbeid heeft ook een strategisch plan voor asbest ontwikkeld (2017-2020).<\/strong> <strong>Professionalisering van de asbestsector is een prioritaire as van deze strategie<\/strong> en het ministerie van Arbeid neemt verschillende stappen om deze strategie uit te voeren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wat <strong>preventieopleidingen voor werknemers<\/strong> betreft, organiseerde het ministerie van Arbeid tussen 2009 en 2016 een preventieopleidingsprogramma in samenwerking met het nationale onderzoeks- en veiligheidsinstituut (INRS) en de Franse beroepsorganisatie voor ongevallenpreventie in de bouw en de openbare sector (OPPBTP). Aan deze training namen 180 trainers, meer dan 30.000 werknemers en 250 technische en kwaliteitsmanagers van erkende organisaties voor stofbeheersing deel. <\/li>\n<li>Om tegemoet te komen aan de groeiende behoefte aan technische en geschoolde arbeidskrachten op het gebied van <strong>asbestverwijdering,<\/strong> wil het ministerie van Arbeid <strong>nieuwe beroepstitels<\/strong> in deze sector cre\u00ebren.<\/li>\n<li>In 2015 werd ook een <strong>controleactie <\/strong>gestart <strong>van opleidingsorganisaties <\/strong>die gespecialiseerd zijn in preventie voor werknemers die werken met asbesthoudende materialen (loodgieters, verwarmingsmonteurs, Elektriciens&#8230;). Eind 2016 was 30% van deze opleidingsorganisaties naar behoren gecontroleerd. <\/li>\n<li>Er is een netwerk van 62 trainers op regionaal niveau opgezet om <strong>de 2100 Franse arbeidsinspecteurs te trainen in persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen in besmette
