Het doel van het CDP is om binnen de bouwsector het bewustzijn te vergroten over longziekten die verband houden met bouwstof en om de juiste maatregelen te bevorderen om deze ziekten te voorkomen. <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2065 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/CDP-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Probleem<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Werkgerelateerde slechte gezondheid heeft verwoestende gevolgen voor individuen en hun gezinnen, maar wordt vaak verkeerd begrepen of onderschat. Statistieken tonen aan dat: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jaarlijks ongeveer 13.000 sterfgevallen in Groot-Brittanni\u00eb door longaandoeningen en kanker op het werk<\/li>\n<li>Naar schatting is meer dan 40% van de nieuwe kankerregistraties\/sterfgevallen toe te schrijven aan werknemers in de bouw.<\/li>\n<li>Naar schatting overlijden elk jaar meer dan 600 bouwvakkers in Groot-Brittanni\u00eb aan de gevolgen van blootstelling aan kwartsstof - dat zijn er meer dan 10 per week.<\/li>\n<li>25,7 miljoen werkdagen per jaar in GB verloren door werkgerelateerde slechte gezondheid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Oplossing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het CDP is collectief overeengekomen om:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Richt u op gevaarlijk bouwstof, met name op stof dat het grootste risico op longaandoeningen met zich meebrengt.<\/li>\n<li>De bouwsector bewuster maken van de risico&#8217;s op het ontwikkelen van longaandoeningen door het inademen van deze stoffen.<\/li>\n<li>Stel vast bij welke taken in de bouw de kans het grootst is dat werknemers dergelijke aandoeningen ontwikkelen.<\/li>\n<li>Werk samen om proportionele controles overeen te komen en te bevorderen om de risico&#8217;s van deze taken met een hoog risico te minimaliseren.<\/li>\n<li>Ontwikkel expliciete links naar effectief advies en begeleiding voor werkgevers en werknemers in de bouw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Omdat ze geloven dat een partnerschap tussen de regelgever en de sector meer effect zal hebben dan wanneer we afzonderlijk werken. Het helpt innovatie te ontwikkelen, verbeteringen te stimuleren en consistentie te garanderen. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resultaat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het partnerschap heeft een aantal resultaten behaald, waaronder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lancering van een speciale website met praktische tips voor zowel werkgevers als werknemers.<\/li>\n<li>Gratis voorlichtingsbijeenkomsten over stof<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen van een onderzoeksrapport naar stof in de
