Deze risico&#8217;s kunnen ontstaan door het gebruik van specifieke chemicali\u00ebn en verbindingen in verf, coatings, oplosmiddelen en materialen die worden gebruikt in beglazingsprocessen. Stoffen zoals benzeen, formaldehyde en vluchtige organische stoffen (VOC&#8217;s) kunnen aanwezig zijn in deze materialen.  <\/p>\n<p>Voortdurende blootstelling aan deze stoffen kan het risico op het ontwikkelen van gezondheidseffecten op lange termijn verhogen, waaronder ademhalingsproblemen, huidaandoeningen en een verhoogde kans op bepaalde vormen van kanker zoals longkanker en huidkanker.
