Als Vertegenwoordiger groothandel verkoop je producten in bulk aan detailhandelaren, bedrijven of andere groothandelaren. Hoewel uw beroep misschien niet direct blootstelling aan kankerverwekkende stoffen met zich meebrengt, is het belangrijk dat u zich bewust bent van mogelijke beroepsrisico’s, waaronder risico’s die indirect verband houden met kankerverwekkende risico’s binnen de groothandel. <\/p>\n

Kankerverwekkende risico’s in de groothandel kunnen vari\u00ebren afhankelijk van het soort producten dat wordt verkocht. Groothandelaren die bijvoorbeeld te maken hebben met chemische producten, zoals schoonmaakmiddelen of industri\u00eble chemicali\u00ebn, kunnen op hun werkplek te maken krijgen met kankerverwekkende stoffen. Daarnaast kan blootstelling aan dieseluitlaatgassen van transportvoertuigen of binnenluchtverontreinigende stoffen uit magazijnen ook gezondheidsrisico’s opleveren, hoewel deze niet noodzakelijk kankerverwekkend zijn. <\/p>\n

Om deze risico’s te beperken, moeten vertegenwoordigers van de groothandel prioriteit geven aan veiligheidsmaatregelen en zich houden aan de beste praktijken in hun werkomgeving.
