P\u00e5 OLVG-sykehuset i Amsterdam har en cytostatikarobot overtatt en stor del av tilberedningen av cellegift fra de farmas\u00f8ytiske assistentene. Roboten reduserer sjansen for eksponering for farlige stoffer, reduserer belastningen p\u00e5 hendene og gir assistenten mer tid til andre komplekse preparater. <\/p>\n

Milj\u00f8 og problemstilling<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Det oppst\u00e5r risiko n\u00e5r farmas\u00f8ytiske assistenter forbereder cellegift til pasienter. De f\u00e5r for eksempel problemer med hendene og kommer i kontakt med de farlige stoffene som finnes i cellegiften. <\/p>\n

L\u00f8sning<\/strong><\/h2>\n

OLVG er det f\u00f8rste sykehuset i Benelux-landene, og ett av femti sykehus i verden, som arbeider med en cytostatikarobot. Roboten fungerer gravimetrisk: veiingen av hetteglass, poser og v\u00e6sker skjer i en sikker balanse. Hetteglassene identifiseres individuelt ved hjelp av h\u00f8ydesensorer og bildegjenkjenning. Arbeidet med en robot skaper en tryggere arbeidsplass for farmas\u00f8ytiske assistenter, fordi det betyr at det er en fullstendig barriere mellom assistenten og de farlige stoffene. <\/p>\n

Resultater<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cytostatikaroboten gj\u00f8r at assistentene ikke kommer i kontakt med farlige stoffer n\u00e5r de forbereder cellegiftbehandlingen.
