P\u00e5 hvilke arbeidsplasser og under utf\u00f8relse av hvilke arbeidsoppgaver kan ansatte bli eksponert for kvartsst\u00f8v i bedriften?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kvartsinnhold i visse materialer;<\/li>\n<li>Sektorer som er eksponert for kvarts;<\/li>\n<li>Aktiviteter p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen som kan f\u00f8re til utslipp av kvarts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Har arten, omfanget og varigheten av kvartseksponeringen blitt vurdert?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Egnede metoder og strategier for \u00e5 kontrollere eksponeringen, og om det er behov for \u00e5 utf\u00f8re gjentatte m\u00e5linger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Kan eksponering for kvarts forhindres gjennom substitusjon?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generelle r\u00e5d om hvordan\/om kvarts kan byttes ut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Er det iverksatt kollektive eller organisatoriske tiltak for \u00e5 forhindre eller begrense eksponering for kvartsst\u00f8v?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hvordan en arbeidsgiver kan iverksette visse tiltak for \u00e5 redusere eksponeringen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Brukes \u00e5ndedrettsvern for \u00e5 hindre eller begrense eksponering for kvartsst\u00f8v?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gi r\u00e5d om hvorvidt det er n\u00f8dvendig for en arbeidsgiver \u00e5 foreskrive ytterligere bruk av \u00e5ndedrettsvern og ulike forhold som er av interesse n\u00e5r det gjelder \u00e5ndedrettsvern<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Andre forhold: generell helse og sikkerhet p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen, orden og renhold, mat og drikke p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen, helseunders\u00f8kelse p\u00e5 arbeidsplassen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tilleggsliste over generelle tiltak for \u00e5 begrense eksponering for kvartsst\u00f8v<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I veiledningen finner du flere nyttige ressurser, for eksempel <a href=\"https:\/\/stofvrijwerken.tno.nl\/en\/\">nettstedet for st\u00f8vfritt arbeid<\/a> (TNO).<\/p>\n<h2>Eksponering for kvarts<\/h2>\n<p>Kvartsst\u00f8v er klassifisert som et kreftfremkallende stoff, med en lovlig eksponeringsgrense i Nederland som er satt til 0,075 mg\/m3 (tidsvektet gjennomsnitt over 8 timer). Det er inkludert i arbeidsplassforskriftene som et farlig stoff. Eksponering for kvartsst\u00f8v kan forekomme i ulike bransjer, blant annet i bygg- og anleggsbransjen, der mange materialer inneholder kvarts. Andre risikoutsatte arbeidsplasser er metallst\u00f8perier, der kvarts finnes i st\u00f8pesand, og i glassproduksjon, der kvarts brukes som r\u00e5materiale.
