Monitory bezpo\u015bredniego odczytu oparte na czujnikach elektrochemicznych i chemorezystancyjnych maj\u0105 problemy z czu\u0142o\u015bci\u0105, selektywno\u015bci\u0105 i zwykle nie mo\u017cna ich odzyska\u0107 po ekspozycji na bardzo wysokie st\u0119\u017cenia formaldehydu. <\/p>\n<p>Brak oficjalnego protoko\u0142u skutkuje trudno\u015bciami w uzyskaniu odpowiedniego nadzoru medycznego nad pracownikami nara\u017conymi na formaldehyd.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozwi\u0105zanie<\/h2>\n<p>Opracowano nowy \u015bwiat\u0142owodowy system czujnik\u00f3w kolorymetrycznych do monitorowania formaldehydu. Mo\u017ce on by\u0107 u\u017cywany do monitorowania in situ, online, bez nadzoru. <\/p>\n<p>Po dokonaniu obszernego przegl\u0105du bibliograficznego zaproponowano nowy, szczeg\u00f3\u0142owy protok\u00f3\u0142 nadzoru medycznego dla pracownik\u00f3w nara\u017conych na formaldehyd.<\/p>\n<h2>Wyniki<\/h2>\n<p>Opracowano innowacyjny system monitorowania formaldehydu w czasie rzeczywistym oparty na absorpcji \u015bwiat\u0142a w polu ewanescencyjnym przez wra\u017cliw\u0105 na formaldehyd ok\u0142adzin\u0119 \u015bwiat\u0142owodu z tworzywa sztucznego. Czujnik wykonuje 15-minutowe zintegrowane pomiary (granica wykrywalno\u015bci: 0,03 do 0,20 ppmv), po kt\u00f3rych nast\u0119puje automatyczny proces regeneracji powietrzem. <\/p>\n<p>Czujnik wykaza\u0142 niezwyk\u0142\u0105 wydajno\u015b\u0107 po zainstalowaniu w procesie impregnacji papieru w zak\u0142adzie przemys\u0142owym i mo\u017ce by\u0107 \u0142atwo wdro\u017cony w innych bran\u017cach i procesach, w kt\u00f3rych formaldehyd oznacza istotne ryzyko zawodowe.
