Senzibiliz\u00e1cia ber\u00fdliom m\u00f4\u017ee vznikn\u00fa\u0165 vd\u00fdchnut\u00edm alebo expoz\u00edciou poko\u017eky k ber\u00fdliov\u00e9mu prachu, dymu, hmle alebo roztokom.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Doba latencie rakoviny sp\u00f4sobenej ber\u00fdliom sa pohybuje od 15 do 25 rokov.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u010co m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom prevencie expoz\u00edcie je pou\u017e\u00edvanie alternat\u00edv bez ber\u00fdlia alebo s ni\u017e\u0161ou koncentr\u00e1ciou ber\u00fdlia. Ak nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 nahradi\u0165 v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00face ber\u00fdlium, expoz\u00edcia ber\u00fdliu a jeho zl\u00fa\u010denin\u00e1m by sa mala zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom technick\u00fdch kontrol (napr. pou\u017eitie v bl\u00edzkych syst\u00e9moch, lok\u00e1lne ods\u00e1vanie, kde m\u00f4\u017ee d\u00f4js\u0165 k emisi\u00e1m).  Zariadenia a pracovn\u00e9 povrchy (stroje, podlaha) \u010distite len vys\u00e1va\u010dom alebo mokr\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom. Pravidelne vykon\u00e1vajte reprezentat\u00edvne merania expoz\u00edcie, aby bolo zn\u00e1me, kedy a kde treba prija\u0165 opatrenia. Neust\u00e1le upozor\u0148ujte pracovn\u00edkov na \u00fa\u010dinky expoz\u00edcie a nab\u00e1dajte ich, aby hl\u00e1sili prv\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky.
