V pr\u00edpade \u010dinnost\u00ed, pri ktor\u00fdch sa pou\u017e\u00edva olovo a zl\u00fa\u010deniny olova, je potrebn\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee len \u010das\u0165 individu\u00e1lnej expoz\u00edcie pracovn\u00edkov je sp\u00f4soben\u00e1 vdychovan\u00edm oloven\u00e9ho prachu a oloven\u00fdch dymov. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 expoz\u00edcie m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 sp\u00f4soben\u00e1 or\u00e1lnym pr\u00edjmom prostredn\u00edctvom kontaktu r\u00fak s \u00fastami v d\u00f4sledku nedostato\u010dnej hygieny. Dominantn\u00fdm zdravotn\u00fdm rizikom olova a anorganick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn olova je reproduk\u010dn\u00fd toxick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinok. Okrem toho sa expoz\u00edcia olovu sp\u00e1ja so zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikom rakoviny p\u013e\u00fac, \u017eal\u00fadka a mo\u010dov\u00e9ho mech\u00fara u r\u00f4znych skup\u00edn \u013eud\u00ed. Najsilnej\u0161ie epidemiologick\u00e9 d\u00f4kazy sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa rakoviny p\u013e\u00fac a \u017eal\u00fadka, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa d\u00f4sledne, ale slabo spojen\u00e9 s povolaniami a priemyseln\u00fdmi odvetviami, ktor\u00e9 zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa expoz\u00edciu olova. IARC klasifikuje olovo ako karcinog\u00e9n skupiny 2B, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je pravdepodobne karcinog\u00e9nne pre \u013eud\u00ed.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div title=\"Strana 1\">\n<h2>Kde sa vyskytuj\u00fa rizik\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>Oloven\u00e9 v\u00fdpary vznikaj\u00fa pri spracovan\u00ed kovov, ke\u010f sa kov zahrieva alebo sp\u00e1jkuje. Oloven\u00fd prach vznik\u00e1 pri rezan\u00ed kovu alebo pri br\u00fasen\u00ed olovenej farby alebo pri jej odstra\u0148ovan\u00ed teplovzdu\u0161nou pi\u0161to\u013eou. Oloven\u00e9 v\u00fdpary a oloven\u00fd prach nemaj\u00fa \u017eiadny z\u00e1pach, tak\u017ee nemus\u00edte vedie\u0165, \u017ee ste im vystaven\u00ed. Olovo a anorganick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny olova sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v mnoh\u00fdch priemyseln\u00fdch odvetviach. Okrem prim\u00e1rnej v\u00fdroby a v\u00fdroby bat\u00e9ri\u00ed, ako aj recykl\u00e1cie sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa aj vo v\u00fdbu\u0161nin\u00e1ch, pri v\u00fdrobe skla alebo pri v\u00fdrobe organov\u00fdch p\u00ed\u0161\u0165al. V ka\u017edom z t\u00fdchto odvetv\u00ed s\u00fa pracovn\u00edci vystaven\u00ed riziku expoz\u00edcie olovu jeho vdychovan\u00edm alebo absorpciou do tela pri nedostato\u010dnej osobnej hygiene.      <\/p>\n<h2>Viac o l\u00e1tke<\/h2>\n<p>Olovo je prirodzene sa vyskytuj\u00faci modro\u0161ed\u00fd \u0165a\u017ek\u00fd kov, ktor\u00fd sa v mal\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00e1ch vyskytuje v zemskej k\u00f4re. M\u00f4\u017ee sa pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 ako \u010dist\u00fd kov, v kombin\u00e1cii s in\u00fdm kovom na vytvorenie zliatiny alebo vo forme chemickej zl\u00fa\u010deniny. Olovo sa pou\u017e\u00edva najm\u00e4 v oloven\u00fdch akumul\u00e1toroch v motorov\u00fdch vozidl\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa takmer \u010dist\u00fa zliatinu olova.  <\/p>\n<p>Olovo sa m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 aj pri v\u00fdrobe mun\u00edcie, kovov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov (sp\u00e1jky a r\u00farky) a zariaden\u00ed na tienenie r\u00f6ntgenov\u00e9ho \u017eiarenia. Zo zdravotn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov sa v posledn\u00fdch rokoch v\u00fdrazne obmedzilo pou\u017e\u00edvanie olova vo farb\u00e1ch a keramick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkoch, tesneniach a sp\u00e1jkach v r\u00farach. <\/p>\n<p>\u201eV E\u00da plat\u00ed z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e1 limitn\u00e1 hodnota expoz\u00edcie na pracovisku vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 0,15 mg\/m\u00b3 (TWA &#8211; skratka pre \u010casovo v\u00e1\u017een\u00fd priemer &#8211; Time Weighted Average).\u201c<\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytn\u00fa\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Olovo sa dost\u00e1va do krvi cez p\u013e\u00faca, kde m\u00f4\u017ee po\u0161kodi\u0165 mnoh\u00e9 org\u00e1nov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my v tele. Zdravotn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho nadmern\u00e9ho vystavenia olovu m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 r\u00f4zne, od bolesti brucha a\u017e po bolesti hlavy a \u00fanavu. Dlhodob\u00e1 expoz\u00edcia olovu m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k bolestiam brucha, depresii, nevo\u013enosti, ochoreniam srdca, obli\u010diek a probl\u00e9mom s plodnos\u0165ou. Okrem ak\u00fatnych \u00fa\u010dinkov a pravdepodobn\u00e9ho karcinog\u00e9nneho \u00fa\u010dinku sa olovo uklad\u00e1 v kostiach a v z\u00e1vislosti od mno\u017estva; toto ukladanie m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k vn\u00fatorn\u00e9mu vystaveniu olovu aj roky po ukon\u010den\u00ed expoz\u00edcie pri pr\u00e1ci.   <\/p>\n<p>Olovo po\u0161kodzuje aj nenaroden\u00e9 die\u0165a a pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 vystavenie olovu m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 po\u0161kodenie potomka e\u0161te pred otehotnen\u00edm. Olovo preto predstavuje predkoncep\u010dn\u00fa hrozbu pre nenaroden\u00e9 deti u ka\u017edej \u017eeny vo fertilnom veku, ktor\u00e1 bola vystaven\u00e1 olovu. <\/p>\n<h2>\u010co m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom, ako zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 expoz\u00edcii, je nahradi\u0165 ich bezolovnat\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobkami alebo v\u00fdrobkami s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm obsahom olova.
