Ke\u010f\u017ee sa povinnosti t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa povolenia tejto l\u00e1tky pod\u013ea nariadenia REACH zmenili, mo\u017eno predpoklada\u0165, \u017ee jej pou\u017e\u00edvanie e\u0161te viac pokleslo (\u017eiadosti uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa &lt; 100 pracovn\u00edkov). K expoz\u00edcii MOCA doch\u00e1dza hlavne prostredn\u00edctvom absorpcie l\u00e1tky cez ko\u017eu. L\u00e1tka m\u00e1 harmonizovan\u00fa klasifik\u00e1ciu ako Carc. 1B (l\u00e1tky, u ktor\u00fdch sa predpoklad\u00e1 karcinog\u00e9nny potenci\u00e1l pre \u013eud\u00ed, zalo\u017een\u00fd preva\u017ene na d\u00f4kazoch zo \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed na zvierat\u00e1ch) pod\u013ea nariadenia CLP (Klasifik\u00e1cia, ozna\u010dovanie a balenie).    <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pravdepodobn\u00fdm cie\u013eom karcinog\u00e9nnosti u \u013eud\u00ed je urotel mo\u010dov\u00e9ho mech\u00fara, ktor\u00fd sp\u00f4sobuje rakovinu mo\u010dov\u00e9ho mech\u00fara.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde sa vyskytuj\u00fa rizik\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>Hlavn\u00fdm odvetv\u00edm, v ktorom doch\u00e1dza k expoz\u00edcii, je v\u00fdvoj recept\u00far a v\u00fdroba vysoko v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch polyuret\u00e1nov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov, napr. v\u00fdrobkov z polyuret\u00e1nu odlievan\u00fdch za tepla, vysoko v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch polyuret\u00e1nov ur\u010den\u00fdch \u0161peci\u00e1lne pre \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 valce, nap\u00ednacie podlo\u017eky a pru\u017einov\u00e9 bloky, ako aj pre valce vyr\u00e1ban\u00e9 na mieru. Medzi \u00falohy s vysok\u00fdm rizikom expoz\u00edcie MOCA patr\u00ed v\u00e1\u017eenie peliet MOCA, tavenie MOCA, d\u00e1vkovanie roztaven\u00e9ho MOCA a mie\u0161anie roztaven\u00e9ho MOCA s prepolymerom. V \u00e1zijsko-tichomorskom regi\u00f3ne sa pou\u017e\u00edva aj ako vytvrdzovadlo pri pokr\u00fdvan\u00ed striech a tesnen\u00ed dreva.  <\/p>\n<h2>Viac o l\u00e1tke<\/h2>\n<p>Hoci \u010dist\u00fd MOCA je bezfarebn\u00e1 kry\u0161talick\u00e1 tuh\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi formami (priemyseln\u00e1 trieda) s\u00fa granule alebo vlo\u010dky hnedej farby. M\u00e1 slab\u00fd am\u00ednov\u00fd z\u00e1pach, ve\u013emi n\u00edzku rozpustnos\u0165 vo vode a pri zahrievan\u00ed m\u00f4\u017ee vybuchn\u00fa\u0165. <\/p>\n<p>V E\u00da plat\u00ed z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e1 limitn\u00e1 hodnota expoz\u00edcie na pracovisku vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 0,01 mg\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytn\u00fa\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Vzh\u013eadom na manipul\u00e1ciu sa MOCA dost\u00e1va do organizmu cez ko\u017eu aj d\u00fdchacie cesty. Absorpcia poko\u017ekou je mo\u017en\u00e1 vzh\u013eadom na lipofilitu MOCA, relat\u00edvne mal\u00fa ve\u013ekos\u0165 molekuly a pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 reakt\u00edvnych aminoskup\u00edn. Najvy\u0161\u0161ie koncentr\u00e1cie sa meraj\u00fa v pe\u010deni. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina absorbovanej l\u00e1tky sa vyl\u00fa\u010di v priebehu nieko\u013ek\u00fdch dn\u00ed mo\u010dom a stolicou.   <\/p>\n<p>Ak\u00fatna vysok\u00e1 expoz\u00edcia alebo n\u00e1hodn\u00fd kontakt m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 podr\u00e1\u017edenie a p\u00e1lenie ko\u017ee a o\u010d\u00ed, nevo\u013enos\u0165 a po\u0161kodenie tr\u00e1viaceho traktu a obli\u010diek. E\u00da tie\u017e stanovila pre MOCA \u201eozna\u010denie pre ko\u017eu\u201c, ktor\u00e9 nazna\u010duje, \u017ee expoz\u00edcia cez ko\u017eu m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdznamne prispieva\u0165 k celkovej expoz\u00edcii. <\/p>\n<p>Dlhodob\u00e1 expoz\u00edcia \u00fa\u010dinkom MOCA m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 rakovinu mo\u010dov\u00e9ho mech\u00fara.  <strong>Latentn\u00e9 obdobie medzi expoz\u00edciou a v\u00fdskytom rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho mech\u00fara s\u00favisiacej s MOCA trv\u00e1 v priemere 11,5 roka a m\u00f4\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 a\u017e 45 rokov.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u010co m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>V pr\u00edpadoch, kde je to mo\u017en\u00e9, by sa malo zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 nahradenie tejto l\u00e1tky. Ak nie s\u00fa k dispoz\u00edcii alternat\u00edvy alebo ak sa MOCA m\u00f4\u017ee vyskytova\u0165 ako ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00ed produkt, vykon\u00e1vajte pravideln\u00e9 posudzovanie expoz\u00edcie, aby bolo jasn\u00e9, kedy je potrebn\u00e9 prija\u0165 opatrenia. <\/p>\n<p>Na pou\u017e\u00edvanie MOCA pri v\u00fdrobe polyuret\u00e1nu by mali existova\u0165 pr\u00edsne podmienky. Predov\u0161etk\u00fdm sa vy\u017eaduje aj dobr\u00e9 v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 udr\u017eiavanie poriadku na v\u0161etk\u00fdch pracovisk\u00e1ch a pracovn\u00edci by mali prevzia\u0165 zodpovednos\u0165 za svoj pracovn\u00fd priestor a \u010distotu podl\u00e1h at\u010f. Pr\u00edstup do priestorov, kde sa pou\u017e\u00edva MOCA, m\u00e1 by\u0165 obmedzen\u00fd na opr\u00e1vnen\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov a maj\u00fa by\u0165 umiestnen\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 zna\u010dky, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa pracovn\u00edkom pripom\u00edna\u0165, ak\u00e9 OOPP musia nosi\u0165. MOCA sa m\u00e1 skladova\u0165 v oddelen\u00fdch skladoch, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa pr\u00edstupn\u00e9 len opr\u00e1vnen\u00fdm pracovn\u00edkom. Pou\u017e\u00edvanie OOP (osobn\u00fdch ochrann\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch prostriedkov) m\u00e1 by\u0165 povinn\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci polopriemyseln\u00e9ho a strojn\u00e9ho odlievania.    <\/p>\n<p>Pracovn\u00edci musia by\u0165 informovan\u00ed o \u00fa\u010dinkoch expoz\u00edcie a mali by by\u0165 pravidelne \u0161kolen\u00ed o kontroln\u00fdch opatreniach potrebn\u00fdch na bezpe\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu s MOCA s cie\u013eom pred\u00eds\u0165 expoz\u00edcii. Mali by by\u0165 nab\u00e1dan\u00ed, aby hl\u00e1sili po\u010diato\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky, ako je p\u00e1lenie ko\u017ee a o\u010d\u00ed. Odpor\u00fa\u010da sa preto zapoji\u0165 pracovn\u00e9ho lek\u00e1ra.  <\/p>\n<p>Biomonitoring je v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti najvhodnej\u0161ou met\u00f3dou na odhad celkovej expoz\u00edcie MOCA v pracovnom prostred\u00ed.
