Ox\u00edmy sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v kvapaln\u00fdch farb\u00e1ch a n\u00e1teroch (kde p\u00f4sobia ako protioderov\u00e9 \u010dinidl\u00e1) a v niektor\u00fdch typoch tesniacich materi\u00e1lov na b\u00e1ze silanu. Ke\u010f\u017ee s\u00fa prchav\u00e9, hlavnou cestou expoz\u00edcie je vd\u00fdchnutie.  <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ox\u00edmy opisuj\u00fa skupinu l\u00e1tok. Ox\u00edmy metyletylketoxim alebo 2-butan\u00f3n-oxid (MEKO) a acet\u00f3n-oxid pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v n\u00e1teroch, lakoch a tmeloch s\u00fa pod\u013ea nariadenia CLP (Klasifik\u00e1cia, ozna\u010dovanie a balenie) klasifikovan\u00e9 ako karcinog\u00e9nne l\u00e1tky kateg\u00f3rie 1B. MEKO je \u010falej klasifikovan\u00fd pre \u0161pecifick\u00fa toxicitu pre cie\u013eov\u00e9 org\u00e1ny s \u00fa\u010dinkami na horn\u00e9 d\u00fdchacie cesty (STOT SE 1, H370) a krvn\u00fd syst\u00e9m (STOT RE 2, H373) pri dlhodobej alebo opakovanej expoz\u00edcii. Podobn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na krvn\u00fd syst\u00e9m boli pozorovan\u00e9 v pr\u00edpade acet\u00f3n oximu a in\u00fdch Ox\u00edmov.   <\/p>\n<h2>Kde sa vyskytuj\u00fa rizik\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>K profesion\u00e1lnej expoz\u00edcii doch\u00e1dza najm\u00e4 po\u010das f\u00e1zy nan\u00e1\u0161ania tekut\u00fdch farieb a n\u00e1terov, ke\u010f sa rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adl\u00e1 odparuj\u00fa. Aplik\u00e1cia farieb a n\u00e1terov sa zvy\u010dajne uskuto\u010d\u0148uje v zornom poli pracovn\u00edka, ktor\u00e9 je v d\u00fdchacej z\u00f3ne, tak\u017ee expoz\u00edcia v\u00fdparom je vysok\u00e1. V pr\u00edpade silanov uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00facich ox\u00edmy sa ox\u00edmy uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa nepretr\u017eite po\u010das f\u00e1zy vytvrdzovania, a\u017e k\u00fdm tmely \u00faplne nevytvrdn\u00fa. Vysok\u00fa expoz\u00edciu mo\u017eno o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 v sektore lakovania a lakovania a pri striekan\u00ed a lakovan\u00ed motorov\u00fdch vozidiel. Okrem toho m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 ohrozen\u00e9 aj in\u00e9 povolania, ke\u010f vst\u00fapia do pracovn\u00fdch priestorov, v ktor\u00fdch sa predt\u00fdm pou\u017e\u00edvali v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00face ox\u00edmy a ktor\u00e9 sa e\u0161te st\u00e1le odparuj\u00fa.     <\/p>\n<h2>Viac o l\u00e1tke<\/h2>\n<p>Ox\u00edmy s\u00fa bezfarebn\u00e9 prchav\u00e9 kvapaliny s aromatick\u00fdm z\u00e1pachom. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi ox\u00edmami s\u00fa 2-butan\u00f3n-ox\u00edm (MEKO), acet\u00f3n-ox\u00edm, 2-pentan\u00f3n-ox\u00edm (MPKO) a 4-metypentan\u00f3n-ox\u00edm (MIBKO). Takmer nikdy sa v\u0161ak nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v \u010distej forme, ale v n\u00edzkych koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1ch (zvy\u010dajne &lt; 1 %) ako protioderov\u00e9 \u010dinidl\u00e1 v (v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou alkylov\u00fdch) farb\u00e1ch a n\u00e1teroch alebo vo viazanej forme v silanov\u00fdch tmeloch uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00facich Ox\u00edmy.  <\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytn\u00fa\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Zatia\u013e nie s\u00fa k dispoz\u00edcii \u017eiadne epidemiologick\u00e9 \u00fadaje o toxikologick\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkoch ox\u00edmov na \u013eud\u00ed. V \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch na zvierat\u00e1ch s\u00fa hlavn\u00fdmi cie\u013eov\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi pe\u010de\u0148, slezina a krvn\u00fd syst\u00e9m po or\u00e1lnej alebo inhala\u010dnej expoz\u00edcii na Ox\u00edmy. Okrem toho sa v pr\u00edpade MEKO pozorovali prechodn\u00e9 narkotick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky a podr\u00e1\u017edenie ko\u017ee. Treba poznamena\u0165, \u017ee po derm\u00e1lnej expoz\u00edcii MEKO s\u00fa mo\u017en\u00e9 alergick\u00e9 ko\u017en\u00e9 reakcie. K dne\u0161n\u00e9mu d\u0148u s\u00fa iba MEKO a acet\u00f3n-ox\u00edm harmonizovan\u00e9 ako Carc. 1B (predpokladan\u00e1 karcinog\u00e9nnos\u0165 pre \u013eud\u00ed). Pre MPKO, MIBKO a cyklohexan\u00f3n ox\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ako alternat\u00edvne Ox\u00edmy pre MEKO a acet\u00f3n ox\u00edm, doposia\u013e neexistuj\u00fa zodpovedaj\u00face \u00fadaje, ktor\u00e9 by od\u00f4vod\u0148ovali klasifik\u00e1ciu CLH ako karcinog\u00e9nnu. Po inhal\u00e1cii MEKO sa u zvierat vyvinula rakovina pe\u010dene a enzymatick\u00fa cestu mo\u017eno predpoklada\u0165 aj u \u013eud\u00ed.       <\/p>\n<p><strong>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa d\u00f4kazy o rakovine pe\u010dene u \u013eud\u00ed na z\u00e1klade expoz\u00edcie MEKO a o mo\u017enej latentnej dobe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u010co m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom, ako zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 expoz\u00edcii a potenci\u00e1lnej rakovine pe\u010dene, je nahradi\u0165 ich bezpe\u010dnej\u0161\u00edmi alternat\u00edvami bez obsahu ox\u00edmov. V pr\u00edpade ox\u00edmov vo farb\u00e1ch a lakoch by mohli by\u0165 alternat\u00edvou alternat\u00edvne n\u00e1terov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, napr\u00edklad farby na b\u00e1ze vody a akrylov\u00e9 alebo polyuret\u00e1nov\u00e9 (PU) syst\u00e9my. Na trhu s\u00fa dostupn\u00e9 alternat\u00edvne prostriedky proti tvorbe ko\u017en\u00fdch \u0161kv\u0155n pre farby na b\u00e1ze rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adiel, ktor\u00e9 obsahuj\u00fa am\u00ednov\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny. Pre silik\u00f3nov\u00e9 tmely s\u00fa k dispoz\u00edcii alternat\u00edvy bez obsahu ox\u00edmov ako syst\u00e9my s acetoxidmi, benzamidmi, am\u00ednmi, alkoxidmi a lakt\u00e1tov\u00fdmi estermi. Pou\u017eite\u013en\u00e9 s\u00fa aj silik\u00f3nov\u00e9 tmely s alternat\u00edvnymi z\u00e1kladmi (napr. polyuret\u00e1n alebo polym\u00e9r ukon\u010den\u00fd silanom (STP)). Ak n\u00e1hrada ox\u00edmov nie je mo\u017en\u00e1 a nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa pou\u017eitiu ox\u00edmov, musia sa prija\u0165 opatrenia na zn\u00ed\u017eenie expoz\u00edcie. Naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom, ako zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 expoz\u00edcii, je vyvin\u00fa\u0165 a pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 uzavret\u00e9 syst\u00e9my. Ak to nie je mo\u017en\u00e9, mali by sa zavies\u0165 technick\u00e9 opatrenia, ako je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 miestne ods\u00e1vanie alebo dobr\u00e9 vetranie pracoviska, ako aj kontrola ich \u00fa\u010dinnosti, aby sa zabezpe\u010dilo, \u017ee expoz\u00edcia v\u00fdparom s Ox\u00edmami z farieb alebo tmelov bude \u010do najviac technicky obmedzen\u00e1.<br \/>\nVykon\u00e1vajte pravideln\u00e9 hodnotenie expoz\u00edcie, aby ste skontrolovali, \u010di s\u00fa va\u0161e zaveden\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 opatrenia \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 alebo \u010di je potrebn\u00e9 prija\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie opatrenia. Pracovn\u00edci si musia by\u0165 vedom\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkov expoz\u00edcie a mali by by\u0165 pravidelne \u0161kolen\u00ed o kontroln\u00fdch opatreniach potrebn\u00fdch na bezpe\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu s Ox\u00edmami, aby sa zabr\u00e1nilo expoz\u00edcii. Mali by by\u0165 nab\u00e1dan\u00ed, aby hl\u00e1sili prv\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky, ako s\u00fa z\u00e1vraty, podr\u00e1\u017edenie ko\u017ee a ko\u017en\u00e9 alergie. Odpor\u00fa\u010da sa zapojenie pracovn\u00e9ho lek\u00e1ra. Okrem toho za\u0161ko\u013eujte pracovn\u00edkov o \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch hygienick\u00fdch opatreniach.           <\/p>\n<p>V pr\u00edpade potreby zabezpe\u010dte, aby pracovn\u00edci mali primeran\u00e9 prostriedky osobnej ochrany, ako je ochrann\u00fd odev a rukavice. Osobn\u00e1 ochrana (OOP) by sa mala pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 len ako posledn\u00e1 mo\u017enos\u0165 a mali by sa zva\u017eova\u0165 len do\u010dasne, po vy\u010derpan\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch technick\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed.
