Expoz\u00edcia UV \u017eiaren\u00edm ovplyv\u0148uje predov\u0161etk\u00fdm poko\u017eku a o\u010di. Slne\u010dn\u00e9 aj umel\u00e9 UV \u017eiarenie je klasifikovan\u00e9 ako karcinog\u00e9nne pre \u013eud\u00ed (skupina 1 IARC). Nadmern\u00e1 expoz\u00edcia UVR vedie po nieko\u013ek\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch k sp\u00e1leniu a z\u00e1palu rohovky a spojiviek. Katarakta a r\u00f4zne typy rakoviny ko\u017ee sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyvin\u00fa\u0165 po mnoh\u00fdch rokoch expoz\u00edcie UVR. V Eur\u00f3pe bolo pod\u013ea IARC v roku 2022 zaznamenan\u00fdch viac ako 470 000 nov\u00fdch pr\u00edpadov rakoviny ko\u017ee (melan\u00f3movej a nemelan\u00f3movej).     <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Kde sa vyskytuj\u00fa rizik\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>V\u0161etci pracovn\u00edci pracuj\u00faci vonku, napr. v po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstve a lesn\u00edctve, v stavebn\u00edctve a in\u017einierskych stavb\u00e1ch alebo v lodnej doprave, s\u00fa obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 vystaven\u00ed slne\u010dn\u00e9mu UV \u017eiareniu. Rizik\u00e1m vypl\u00fdvaj\u00facim z expoz\u00edcie slne\u010dn\u00e9mu UV \u017eiareniu s\u00fa v\u0161ak vystaven\u00ed aj pracovn\u00edci, ktor\u00ed pracuj\u00fa vonku len \u010diasto\u010dne, napr. pracovn\u00edci v doru\u010dovate\u013esk\u00fdch, policajn\u00fdch a z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, v oblasti Vzdel\u00e1vania a v gastron\u00f3mii. Medzi pracovn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee sprev\u00e1dza\u0165 umel\u00e9 UV \u017eiarenie, patr\u00ed napr\u00edklad zv\u00e1ranie alebo rezanie elektrick\u00fdm obl\u00fakom alebo laserom, testovanie materi\u00e1lov, UV dezinfekcia (potravin\u00e1rsky priemysel, \u00faprava vody) alebo priemyseln\u00e9 vytvrdzovanie farieb.  <\/p>\n<h2>Viac o nebezpe\u010denstve<\/h2>\n<p>UV \u017eiarenie s vlnov\u00fdmi d\u013a\u017ekami od 100 do 400 nm nie je vidite\u013en\u00e9 ani inak vn\u00edmate\u013en\u00e9. Nie ka\u017ed\u00e1 vlnov\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka UV \u017eiarenia m\u00e1 rovnak\u00fd biologick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinok, ale treba bra\u0165 do \u00favahy relat\u00edvnu spektr\u00e1lnu citlivos\u0165 ko\u017ee a o\u010d\u00ed. V d\u00f4sledku toho najm\u00e4 UV-B \u017eiarenie (280 &#8211; 315 nm) predstavuje riziko sp\u00e1lenia. UV-A \u017eiarenie (315 &#8211; 400 nm) vedie okrem in\u00e9ho k starnutiu poko\u017eky a tvorbe vr\u00e1sok.   <\/p>\n<p>Slne\u010dn\u00e9 UV-C \u017eiarenie (100 &#8211; 280 nm) je \u00faplne absorbovan\u00e9 stratosf\u00e9rickou oz\u00f3novou vrstvou, a preto nedosahuje zemsk\u00fd povrch. Umel\u00e9 UV-C \u017eiarenie sa v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee vyskytova\u0165 napr\u00edklad pri obl\u00fakovom zv\u00e1ran\u00ed a dezinfekcii (zvy\u010dajne s vlnovou d\u013a\u017ekou 254 nm) alebo pri pou\u017eit\u00ed niektor\u00fdch laserov\u00fdch zdrojov. Umel\u00e9 UV-C \u017eiarenie je \u010diasto\u010dne absorbovan\u00e9 vzduchom, \u010do vedie k tvorbe oz\u00f3nu.  <\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytn\u00fa\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>UV \u017eiarenie p\u00f4sob\u00ed predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na povrch ko\u017ee a o\u010d\u00ed, ale je zn\u00e1me, \u017ee potl\u00e1\u010da aj imunitn\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Ak\u00fatne nadmern\u00e9 vystavenie UV \u017eiareniu m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k bolestiv\u00e9mu, ale reverzibiln\u00e9mu z\u00e1palu rohovky a spojiviek, ktor\u00fd vyvol\u00e1va pocit &#8222;piesku v oku&#8220;, ako aj k z\u00e1palov\u00e9mu za\u010dervenaniu ko\u017ee (eryt\u00e9m, synonymum pre sp\u00e1lenie slnkom). Dlhodob\u00e9 vystavenie vysok\u00e9mu UV \u017eiareniu zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku bielej (nemelan\u00f3movej) aj \u010diernej (melan\u00f3movej) rakoviny ko\u017ee, ako aj \u0161ed\u00e9ho z\u00e1kalu. Zatia\u013e \u010do ak\u00fatne \u00fa\u010dinky na zdravie sa prejavuj\u00fa s oneskoren\u00edm nieko\u013ek\u00fdch hod\u00edn, latencia ochoren\u00ed sp\u00f4soben\u00fdch chronick\u00fdm vystaven\u00edm UVR je r\u00e1dovo desiatky rokov.   <\/p>\n<h2>\u010co m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Prvotn\u00e1 kontrola z\u00e1meny nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch prostriedkov je naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom, ako zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 vystaveniu UV \u017eiareniu. Pokia\u013e ide o slne\u010dn\u00e9 UVR, nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 nahradi\u0165 zdroj rizika (slnko). Ak sa v\u0161ak m\u00e1 pou\u017ei\u0165 umel\u00e9 UVR alebo sa vyskytne ne\u00famyselne, mus\u00ed sa vopred vykona\u0165 kontrola z\u00e1meny.   V z\u00e1sade najlep\u0161iu ochranu pred UV \u017eiaren\u00edm poskytuje primeran\u00e1 kombin\u00e1cia technick\u00fdch, organiza\u010dn\u00fdch a osobn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Technick\u00e9 opatrenia zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa v\u0161etky formy tienenia a clonenia, napr. pr\u00edstre\u0161ky na stacion\u00e1rnych a slne\u010dn\u00e9 clony na nestacion\u00e1rnych vonkaj\u0161\u00edch pracovisk\u00e1ch. \u00daplne uzavret\u00e9 kab\u00edny poskytuj\u00fa ochranu pred UV \u017eiaren\u00edm pri pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed mobiln\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. Existuj\u00face tienenie, napr. od budov alebo rastl\u00edn, \u010dasto poskytuje len obmedzen\u00fa ochranu pred UVR. Pri pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed umel\u00e9ho UV \u017eiarenia je vhodn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom zabezpe\u010denia \u00fa\u010dinnej ochrany pred UV \u017eiaren\u00edm uzavretie zdroja alebo tienenie pr\u00edstupn\u00e9ho UV \u017eiarenia.   <\/p>\n<p>Cie\u013eom organiza\u010dn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed je skr\u00e1ti\u0165 trvanie expoz\u00edcie. Patr\u00ed medzi ne napr\u00edklad presunutie pracovn\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed do zatienen\u00fdch alebo tienen\u00fdch priestorov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa vystaven\u00e9 len miernej expoz\u00edcii alebo nie s\u00fa vystaven\u00e9 v\u00f4bec, a presunutie pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu na skor\u0161ie rann\u00e9 a neskor\u0161ie ve\u010dern\u00e9 hodiny (pri pr\u00e1ci vonku). Pr\u00edkladom organiza\u010dn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed je aj rozdelenie pracovn\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed medzi viacer\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov a obmedzenie pr\u00edstupu na vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 pracovisk\u00e1 vystaven\u00e9 UV \u017eiareniu pomocou zna\u010diek alebo \u0161t\u00edtkov.  <\/p>\n<p>\u010casto s\u00fa povinn\u00e9 osobn\u00e9 opatrenia, ako napr\u00edklad pokr\u00fdvka hlavy so \u0161irok\u00fdm okrajom a ochrana krku, ochrann\u00e9 okuliare (slne\u010dn\u00e9 okuliare alebo \u0161peci\u00e1lne navrhnut\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 okuliare pre umel\u00e9 UV \u017eiarenie), tv\u00e1rov\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edty a clony, ako aj oble\u010denie a rukavice, ktor\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00fa cel\u00e9 telo.
