Miner\u00e1lne prachy predstavuj\u00fa najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie riziko vzniku ochoren\u00ed p\u013e\u00fac sp\u00f4soben\u00fdch vplyvom pracovn\u00e9ho prostredia v ban\u00edctve, stavebn\u00edctve a niektor\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch odvetviach. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Respirabiln\u00fd prach kry\u0161talick\u00e9ho oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho (RCS) je pod\u013ea klasifik\u00e1cie IARC zaraden\u00fd do skupiny 1 karcinog\u00e9nov, \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa pova\u017euje za jednozna\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00ed\u010dinu rakoviny u \u013eud\u00ed. RCS m\u00f4\u017ee pri dlhodobej expoz\u00edcii sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 ochorenia d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest a dokonca aj rakovinu p\u013e\u00fac, pri\u010dom k riziku doch\u00e1dza vdychovan\u00edm prachu. <\/p>\n<h2>Kde sa vyskytuj\u00fa rizik\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>K vystaveniu prachu oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho doch\u00e1dza najm\u00e4 pri povrchovej a podzemnej \u0165a\u017ebe a v Stavebn\u00edctve (in\u017einierske stavby a podzemn\u00e9 in\u017einierstvo). V oblasti podzemn\u00e9ho stavite\u013estva treba spomen\u00fa\u0165 najm\u00e4 oblasti zemn\u00fdch pr\u00e1c, skaln\u00e9ho stavebn\u00edctva a razenia tunelov. Okrem toho medzi odvetvia, v ktor\u00fdch sa kry\u0161talick\u00fd oxid kremi\u010dit\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edva ako surovina, patr\u00ed cement\u00e1rsky priemysel, chemick\u00fd, keramick\u00fd a skl\u00e1rsky priemysel (piesok na tavenie skla), zlievarensk\u00fd priemysel (zlievarensk\u00fd piesok) a gum\u00e1rensk\u00fd, plastik\u00e1rsky a lakovn\u00edcky priemysel (plnivo). Ve\u013ek\u00e9 emisie prachu, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu obsahova\u0165 d\u00fdchate\u013en\u00fd prach kry\u0161talick\u00e9ho oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho, s\u00fa mo\u017en\u00e9 aj v po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstve alebo z\u00e1hradn\u00edctve. Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov s\u00fa pracovn\u00edci zamestnan\u00ed v mikropodnikoch s maxim\u00e1lne deviatimi zamestnancami.    <\/p>\n<p>Kremi\u010dit\u00fd prach vznik\u00e1 najm\u00e4 pri \u0165a\u017ebe a spracovan\u00ed surov\u00edn obsahuj\u00facich miner\u00e1ly s obsahom krem\u00edka. Okrem toho vznik\u00e1 kremi\u010dit\u00fd prach pri (najm\u00e4 mechanizovan\u00fdch, vysokor\u00fdchlostn\u00fdch) spracovate\u013esk\u00fdch oper\u00e1ci\u00e1ch, ako je rezanie, p\u00edlenie, v\u0155tanie, br\u00fasenie a drvenie horn\u00edn, bet\u00f3nu, asfaltu, malty, teh\u00e1l a keramick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov. K \u010fal\u0161\u00edm \u010dinnostiam patr\u00ed manipul\u00e1cia so such\u00fdmi materi\u00e1lmi obsahuj\u00facimi kry\u0161talick\u00fd oxid kremi\u010dit\u00fd, ich mie\u0161anie alebo lopatovanie, a tie\u017e procesy, ako je napr\u00edklad otrysk\u00e1vanie piesku alebo skla stla\u010den\u00fdm vzduchom, m\u00f4\u017eu vies\u0165 k uvo\u013e\u0148ovaniu prachu oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho.  <\/p>\n<p>Prach, ktor\u00fd sa u\u017e usadil, sa m\u00f4\u017ee op\u00e4\u0165 dosta\u0165 do ovzdu\u0161ia, ak ho zv\u00edria vozidl\u00e1 alebo vietor, \u010d\u00edm m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 ohrozen\u00e9 aj osoby nach\u00e1dzaj\u00face sa v bl\u00edzkosti staveniska.<\/p>\n<h2>Viac o l\u00e1tke<\/h2>\n<p>Kry\u0161talick\u00fd oxid kremi\u010dit\u00fd je druh\u00fdm najbe\u017enej\u0161\u00edm miner\u00e1lom v zemskej k\u00f4re. V r\u00f4znom mno\u017estve sa vyskytuje vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine horn\u00edn a tvor\u00ed v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu svetov\u00fdch lo\u017e\u00edsk piesku. V men\u0161om mno\u017estve sa nach\u00e1dza aj v \u00edle. V\u00fdrobky, v ktor\u00fdch je oxid kremi\u010dit\u00fd viazan\u00fd, nie s\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Pri \u0165a\u017ebe a spracovan\u00ed, t. j. pri trhac\u00edch pr\u00e1cach, rezan\u00ed, sekan\u00ed, v\u0155tan\u00ed, br\u00fasen\u00ed at\u010f. v\u00fdrobkov obsahuj\u00facich oxid kremi\u010dit\u00fd v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu vznika\u0165 mal\u00e9 \u010dastice, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu dosta\u0165 do p\u013e\u00fac a ohrozi\u0165 ich (&#8222;d\u00fdchate\u013en\u00fd prach kry\u0161talick\u00e9ho oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho&#8220;).    <\/p>\n<p>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti plat\u00ed z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e1 limitn\u00e1 hodnota E\u00da pre expoz\u00edciu na pracovisku, ktor\u00e1 je moment\u00e1lne 100 \u00b5g\/m\u00b3 (TWA), av\u0161ak t\u00e1to hodnota sa moment\u00e1lne reviduje.<\/p>\n<h2>Nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyskytn\u00fa\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Hlavn\u00fdm zdravotn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkom vdychovania prachu kry\u0161talick\u00e9ho oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho je vznik silik\u00f3zy. Silik\u00f3za je trval\u00e9 zjazvenie p\u013e\u00fac sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 vdychovan\u00edm prachu oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho. Pri fyzickej n\u00e1mahe doch\u00e1dza k d\u00fdchac\u00edm \u0165a\u017ekostiam, ktor\u00e9 niekedy prerastaj\u00fa do d\u00fdchavi\u010dnosti v pokoji. Niektor\u00ed \u013eudia maj\u00fa aj ka\u0161e\u013e s vyka\u0161liavan\u00edm alebo bez neho. V\u010dasn\u00fdmi pr\u00edznakmi silik\u00f3zy m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 aj sklon k vzniku infekci\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest. Nie je jasn\u00e9, ako presne respirabiln\u00fd prach kry\u0161talick\u00e9ho oxidu kremi\u010dit\u00e9ho sp\u00f4sobuje rakovinu p\u013e\u00fac &#8211; najpravdepodobnej\u0161ou pr\u00ed\u010dinou je hromadenie prachu v p\u013e\u00facach. Jeho toxicita s\u0165a\u017euje prirodzen\u00fdm obrann\u00fdm mechanizmom organizmu odstra\u0148ovanie prachu, preto zost\u00e1va v p\u013e\u00facnom tkanive a sp\u00f4sobuje neust\u00e1le z\u00e1paly.      <\/p>\n<h2>\u010co m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Najlep\u0161\u00edm rie\u0161en\u00edm je predch\u00e1dza\u0165 tvorbe prachov\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc prostredn\u00edctvom n\u00e1hrady, napr\u00edklad pou\u017eit\u00edm produktov s n\u00edzkym obsahom prachu (napr. sypk\u00fd tovar namiesto tovaru v vreciach). Ak n\u00e1hrada nie je mo\u017en\u00e1, malo by sa zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 expoz\u00edcii na kremi\u010dit\u00fd prach alebo ju aspo\u0148 obmedzi\u0165. Predch\u00e1dzanie vzniku prachu alebo jeho zn\u00ed\u017eenie m\u00f4\u017eete dosiahnu\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00edm pracovn\u00fdch met\u00f3d s n\u00edzkou pra\u0161nos\u0165ou a strojov, ktor\u00e9 pracuj\u00fa s ods\u00e1van\u00edm alebo mokr\u00fdm spracovan\u00edm. Pravidelne \u010distite pracovn\u00e9 priestory a dielne, zabra\u0148ujte usadzovaniu prachu a, \u010do je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie, zabra\u0148ujte op\u00e4tovn\u00e9mu zv\u00edreniu prachu po\u010das \u010distenia (t. j. nepou\u017e\u00edvajte such\u00e9 zametanie ani f\u00fakanie, ale pou\u017e\u00edvajte ods\u00e1va\u010de prachu alebo vys\u00e1va\u010de). Neust\u00e1le sledujte, \u010di doch\u00e1dza k tvorbe prachu a \u010di je potrebn\u00e9 prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 opatrenia na riadenie riz\u00edk.    <\/p>\n<p>V pr\u00edpade \u010dinnost\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch na prach by sa mali pracovn\u00e9 priestory rozdeli\u0165 na samostatn\u00e9 oblasti, v ktor\u00fdch sa m\u00f4\u017ee pr\u00e1ca vykon\u00e1va\u0165 postupne, aby sa zabr\u00e1nilo kontaktu tret\u00edch str\u00e1n s prachom.<\/p>\n<p>Osobn\u00e1 ochrana (ochrana d\u00fdchac\u00edch ciest) by sa mala pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 len ako posledn\u00e1 mo\u017enos\u0165, ke\u010f technick\u00e9 opatrenia nie s\u00fa dostato\u010dn\u00e9 na ochranu pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013ea pred vdychovan\u00edm \u0161kodliv\u00fdch prachov, p\u00e1r alebo plynov.
