Kvantifikuje pripravenos\u0165 r\u00f4znych n\u00e1strojov a met\u00f3d na ich \u0161ir\u0161ie regula\u010dn\u00e9 prijatie a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvanie r\u00f4znymi zainteresovan\u00fdmi stranami.   <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Potreba inovat\u00edvnych pr\u00edstupov<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/documents\/10162\/21838212\/scientific_ws_proceedings_en.pdf\/a2087434-0407-4705-9057-95d9c2c2cc57\">Metodiky nov\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu alebo n\u00e1stroje<\/a> a met\u00f3dy (napr. in-silico, in-vitro, <em>in-chemico) s\u00fa<\/em> pre odhadovanie a zmier\u0148ovanie riz\u00edk nanomateri\u00e1lov <em>r\u00fdchlej\u0161ou a \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ou mo\u017enos\u0165ou<\/em> ako \u010dasovo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a zdrojovo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 tradi\u010dn\u00e9 experiment\u00e1lne vy\u0161etrovania. S cie\u013eom pom\u00f4c\u0165 \u0161ir\u0161ej regula\u010dnej akcept\u00e1cii a pou\u017eite\u013enosti tak\u00fdchto &#8222;r\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00edch&#8220; n\u00e1strojov a met\u00f3d zo strany zainteresovan\u00fdch str\u00e1n diagnostikuje r\u00e1mec TRAAC v tejto s\u00favislosti prek\u00e1\u017eky na z\u00e1klade piatich pilierov: Transparentnos\u0165, Spo\u013eahlivos\u0165, Pr\u00edstupnos\u0165, Aplikovate\u013enos\u0165 a \u00daplnos\u0165 (t. j. TRAAC). Ka\u017ed\u00fd pilier TRAAC pozost\u00e1va z krit\u00e9ri\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00fa pri hodnoten\u00ed celkovej kvality n\u00e1strojov a met\u00f3d z h\u013eadiska ich (i) kompatibility s
