Jedn\u00fdm z vysvetlen\u00ed je, \u017ee inform\u00e1cie o nebezpe\u010dnej l\u00e1tke alebo o type pr\u00e1ce, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 ochorenie, s\u00fa \u010dasto nedostato\u010dn\u00e9. V d\u00f4sledku toho sa s\u00favislos\u0165 medzi ochoren\u00edm a pr\u00e1cou \u010dasto rozpozn\u00e1 a\u017e potom, \u010do niekto ochorie: ide o reakt\u00edvny pr\u00edstup zn\u00e1my ako \u201epr\u00edstup zameran\u00fd na ochorenie\u201c.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lep\u0161\u00edm pr\u00edstupom je identifikova\u0165 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky alebo druhy pr\u00e1ce e\u0161te predt\u00fdm, ako \u013eudia ochorej\u00fa: ide o \u201epr\u00edstup zameran\u00fd na riziko\u201c. Holandsk\u00fd N\u00e1rodn\u00fd in\u0161tit\u00fat pre verejn\u00e9 zdravie a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie (RIVM) zostavil preh\u013ead met\u00f3d, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 predpoveda\u0165, \u010di je pravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e1 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka alebo druh pr\u00e1ce sp\u00f4sob\u00ed chorobu z povolania. <\/p>\n<h2>Trval\u00e9 medzery vo vedomostiach<\/h2>\n<p>V poznatkoch o \u0161kodliv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkoch nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok a o expoz\u00edcii pracovn\u00edkov t\u00fdmto l\u00e1tkam st\u00e1le existuj\u00fa zna\u010dn\u00e9 medzery. Jedn\u00fdm z hlavn\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov je skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee Pos\u00fadenie rizika v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iny chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok sa zaklad\u00e1 na testoch or\u00e1lnej toxicity, zatia\u013e \u010do pracovn\u00edci s\u00fa t\u00fdmto l\u00e1tkam vystaven\u00ed hlavne vdychovan\u00edm alebo kontaktom s poko\u017ekou. Okrem toho niektor\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky mo\u017eno e\u0161te neboli identifikovan\u00e9 a \u00fadaje o expoz\u00edcii m\u00f4\u017eu ch\u00fdba\u0165 alebo m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 podhodnoten\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<h2>Met\u00f3dy zameran\u00e9 na riziko: preh\u013ead<\/h2>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 a vznikaj\u00face rizik\u00e1 chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (NERC) je mo\u017en\u00e9 zisti\u0165 v r\u00f4znych f\u00e1zach v\u00fdvoja l\u00e1tky, a to pomocou pr\u00edstupov zameran\u00fdch bu\u010f na riziko, alebo na ochorenia. Pr\u00edstup zameran\u00fd na riziko sa zameriava na chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a materi\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 sa e\u0161te nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa preva\u017ene vo f\u00e1ze inov\u00e1cie alebo v rannej f\u00e1ze uvedenia na trh. Sign\u00e1ly o potenci\u00e1lnych nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1ch, a to tak z h\u013eadiska chemickej bezpe\u010dnosti, ako aj ochrany zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci, je mo\u017en\u00e9 zachyti\u0165 kombin\u00e1ciou \u00fadajov o nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch vlastnostiach s \u00fadajmi o potenci\u00e1lnej expoz\u00edcii alebo pou\u017eit\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>Nieko\u013eko v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch in\u0161tit\u00fatov a regula\u010dn\u00fdch org\u00e1nov vyvinulo alebo v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti vyv\u00edja met\u00f3dy zameran\u00e9 na riziko na \u00fa\u010dely v\u010dasnej detekcie riz\u00edk, medzi ktor\u00e9 patria Eur\u00f3psky \u00farad pre bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 potrav\u00edn (EFSA), Eur\u00f3pska agent\u00fara pre chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky (ECHA), Eur\u00f3pska agent\u00fara pre bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a ochranu zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci (EU-OSHA) a RIVM. \u010eal\u0161ie met\u00f3dy vznikli v r\u00e1mci spolupr\u00e1ce a partnerstiev. RIVM identifikoval aj in\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 ako met\u00f3dy zameran\u00e9 na riziko, ako napr\u00edklad TICHNER-ov proces a viacer\u00e9 in silico met\u00f3dy na v\u010dasn\u00fa detekciu chemickej toxicity.  <\/p>\n<p>Z preh\u013eadu vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 met\u00f3da sl\u00fa\u017ei na in\u00fd \u00fa\u010del a \u017ee rozsah pr\u00e1ce, ako aj po\u017eadovan\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie sa v jednotliv\u00fdch met\u00f3dach zna\u010dne l\u00ed\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h2>Smerom k \u010fal\u0161iemu rozvoju<\/h2>\n<p>RIVM pos\u00fadilo identifikovan\u00e9 met\u00f3dy zalo\u017een\u00e9 na pr\u00edstupe \u201erisk-first\u201c na z\u00e1klade s\u00faboru krit\u00e9ri\u00ed s cie\u013eom ur\u010di\u0165 ich vhodnos\u0165 na posilnenie tohto pr\u00edstupu. Najs\u013eubnej\u0161ie met\u00f3dy predstavuj\u00fa vysokokapacitn\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy, ktor\u00e9 \u010derpaj\u00fa z rozsiahlych datab\u00e1z a kombinuj\u00fa \u00fadaje o nebezpe\u010dnosti a expoz\u00edcii. \u017diadna met\u00f3da v\u0161ak nesp\u013a\u0148a v\u0161etky krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 a ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich si na\u010falej vy\u017eaduje odborn\u00e9 pos\u00fadenie pri stanovovan\u00ed prior\u00edt a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch krokoch. Na z\u00e1klade tohto pos\u00fadenia boli na \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj vybran\u00e9 dve met\u00f3dy: predik\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje Lexces in silico a s\u00fabor n\u00e1strojov RIVM pre endokrinn\u00e9 disruptory.
