Poklicna izpostavljenost akrilamidu je predvsem posledica dermalnega stika s trdnim monomerom ter vdihavanja prahu in hlapov pri proizvodnji akrilamida in poliakrilamida. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Njegova izpostavljenost pove\u010duje tveganje za ve\u010d vrst raka (IARC ga uvr\u0161\u010da v skupino 2A, tj. verjetne rakotvorne snovi za ljudi). V telesu se akrilamid pretvori v spojino, imenovano glicidamid, ki povzro\u010da mutacije in po\u0161kodbe DNK. Visoke ravni poklicne izpostavljenosti akrilamidu lahko povzro\u010dijo tudi nevrolo\u0161ke po\u0161kodbe. Vendar so \u0161tudije o poklicni izpostavljenosti trenutno omejene in neprepri\u010dljive.   <\/p>\n<h2>Kje se pojavljajo tveganja<\/h2>\n<p>Akrilamid so lahko izpostavljeni zaposleni v industriji papirja in celuloze, gradbeni\u0161tvu, livarstvu, naftnem vrtanju, tekstilni industriji, kozmetiki, \u017eivilskopredelovalni industriji, industriji plastike, rudarstvu in kmetijstvu.<\/p>\n<h2>Ve\u010d o snovi<\/h2>\n<p>Akrilamid je nenasi\u010den amid, ki je pri sobni temperaturi bela kristalini\u010dna trdna snov brez vonja. Dolgotrajna ve\u010dletna izpostavljenost akrilamidu lahko zaradi po\u0161kodovane DNK povzro\u010di ve\u010d vrst raka. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Latentna doba med izpostavljenostjo in rakom, povezanim z akrilamidom, je od 4 do 16 let.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Kaj lahko storite<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Neprestano izvajajte ustrezne meritve izpostavljenosti, da boste vedeli, kdaj je treba ukrepati.<\/li>\n<li>Razi\u0161\u010dite, ali zaposleni poro\u010dajo o zgodnjih simptomih.
