Ancak o zamandan beri Diklorometan kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u0131s\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (REACH Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi, \u0130\u00e7me Suyu Direktifi). <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>AB\u2019de diklorometana mesleki maruziyetle ilgili g\u00fcncel tahminler mevcut de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015fyerinde maruziyetin ba\u015fl\u0131ca yollar\u0131 solunum yolu ve deridir. IARC, bu maddeyi Grup 2A carcinogen (insanlar i\u00e7in muhtemelen carcinogen) olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Diklorometan\u0131n pankreas, akci\u011fer ve karaci\u011fer kanserine neden oldu\u011fundan \u015f\u00fcphelenilmektedir.    <\/p>\n<h2>Risklerin olu\u015ftu\u011fu yerler<\/h2>\n<p>Diklorometan, \u00f6ncelikle boya s\u00f6k\u00fcc\u00fc, ya\u011f giderici, itici gaz, so\u011futucu ak\u0131\u015fkan ve ekstraksiyon \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Son derece u\u00e7ucudur, bir\u00e7ok organik maddeyi \u00e7\u00f6zer ve bu nedenle re\u00e7ineler, ya\u011flar, plastikler ve bit\u00fcm i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc olarak da kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6zel uygulamalarda (akrilik cam, polistiren) yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 g\u00f6revi de g\u00f6r\u00fcr.  <\/p>\n<p>Diklorometan olduk\u00e7a u\u00e7ucudur; bu da geni\u015f bir alanda kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda havada h\u0131zla y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonlar olu\u015fabilece\u011fi ve solunabilece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelir. Ya\u011f giderme veya (plastik) y\u00fczeylerin yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi bu t\u00fcr geni\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7ekli uygulamalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda, solunan havada yine de y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonlarda diklorometan bulunabilir. Boya s\u00f6k\u00fcc\u00fcleri kullanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar (in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, yenileme i\u015fleri) ile tank temizli\u011fi, ya\u011fdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma ve kapal\u0131 alan bak\u0131m gibi i\u015fler s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u00fcksek yo\u011funlukta exposure s\u00f6z konusu olabilir. Orta yo\u011funlukta exposures are common in chemical production, pharmaceutical production, and solvent formulation, while low-intensity exposures are expected in analytical, research, and healthcare laboratories, as well as among laboratory personnel and in the pharmaceutical industry (extractants), and when performing plastic surface treatments with degreasing agents and adhesives.   <\/p>\n<h2>Madde hakk\u0131nda daha fazla bilgi<\/h2>\n<p>Diklorometan, alifatik, doymu\u015f bir halojenli hidrokarbondur ve saf haliyle kloroform benzeri bir kokuya sahip renksiz bir s\u0131v\u0131d\u0131r. 40 \u00b0C gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir kaynama noktas\u0131na ve 470 hPa (20 \u00b0C&#8217;de) buhar bas\u0131nc\u0131na sahiptir ve olduk\u00e7a u\u00e7ucudur. Normal kullan\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131nda diklorometan yan\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir; ancak kapal\u0131 kaplarda patlama riski bulunabilir.   <\/p>\n<p>REACH Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131ndaki kullan\u0131m k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131 nedeniyle, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k\u00e7a %0,1\u2019den fazla Diklorometan i\u00e7eren boya s\u00f6k\u00fcc\u00fcler, yaln\u0131zca \u00f6zel e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f personel taraf\u0131ndan ticari ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131labilir. Diklorometan\u0131n yanmas\u0131 sonucu gaz halindeki, son derece zehirli fosgen olu\u015fabilir. <\/p>\n<h2>Olu\u015fabilecek tehlikeler<\/h2>\n<p>Madde s\u0131v\u0131 halde, \u00f6rne\u011fin deri yoluyla emilirse, \u00f6ncelikle merkezi sinir sistemini etkiler ve ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, uyu\u015fma ve konsantrasyon bozuklu\u011fu gibi belirtilere yol a\u00e7ar. V\u00fccutta Diklorometan, karbon monoksite d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr ve bu da karbon monoksit zehirlenmesine neden olur. Solunum yollar\u0131nda ve g\u00f6zlerde tahri\u015f, i\u015ftah kayb\u0131, konsantrasyon bozuklu\u011fu ve yorgunluk da g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.  <\/p>\n<p>Ciltle uzun s\u00fcreli temas, ya\u011f dokusunun bozulmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7arak ciltte k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k ve ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131ya neden olur. Diklorometan buharlar\u0131 havadan daha a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131r ve bu nedenle yer seviyesinde birikir. Bu buharlar\u0131n solunmas\u0131, g\u00f6rme sinirine ve karaci\u011fere (hepatit) zarar verebilir.  <\/p>\n<p>Uzun s\u00fcreli exposure&#8217;un en \u00f6nemli etkisi carcinogenliktir. Diklorometan pankreas, akci\u011fer ve karaci\u011fer kanserine yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphelenilmektedir. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Diklorometan exposure&#8217;un ard\u0131ndan kanserin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre 20 ila 30 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015febilir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Yapabilecekleriniz<\/h2>\n<p>Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce, Diklorometan i\u00e7eren \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin daha az tehlikeli veya tehlikesiz alternatiflerle de\u011fi\u015ftirilip de\u011fi\u015ftirilemeyece\u011fini kontrol etmelisiniz. \u00d6zellikle itici gaz olarak kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli alternatif \u00fcr\u00fcnler mevcuttur. E\u011fer bir alternatif bulunmuyorsa, maruz kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in, \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli uygulamalarda uygun sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Buharlar, emme sistemleri kullan\u0131larak kayna\u011f\u0131nda veya yere yak\u0131n bir yerde yakalanmal\u0131 ve emilmelidir. Maruz kalan ki\u015fi say\u0131s\u0131 ve maruz kalma s\u00fcresi en aza indirilmelidir. Maruz kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara, Diklorometan\u0131n riskleri ve koruyucu \u00f6nlemlerin uygulanmas\u0131 konusunda d\u00fczenli olarak ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir \u015fekilde bilgi verilmelidir. Bahsedilen t\u00fcm \u00f6nlemler uyguland\u0131ktan sonra, uygun ki\u015fisel koruma donan\u0131m\u0131 (KKD) ve i\u015f k\u0131yafetlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131yla v\u00fccuda Diklorometan al\u0131m\u0131 daha da azalt\u0131labilir. KKD ve i\u015f k\u0131yafetleri, hijyenik bir \u015fekilde temizlenebilmeli ve saklanabilmelidir.
