Bu madde IARC taraf\u0131ndan Grup 1 olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, yani insanlar i\u00e7in kanserojendir. TCE, CLP y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine g\u00f6re kategori 1B kanserojen olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, bu da maddenin insanlarda kansere neden olabilece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelir. Trikloretilen insanlarda b\u00f6brek ve karaci\u011fer kanserine neden olur. Bu madde muhtemelen mutajeniktir ve Non-Hodgkin lenfomaya neden olabilir.    <\/p>\n<h2>Risklerin olu\u015ftu\u011fu yerler<\/h2>\n<p>TCE&#8217;ye maruz kalanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu metal \u00fcr\u00fcnler, makine ve ula\u015f\u0131m ekipmanlar\u0131 \u00fcreten end\u00fcstrilerde meydana gelmektedir. AB&#8217;de TCE kullan\u0131m\u0131na yaln\u0131zca izin verilen kullan\u0131mlar i\u00e7in veya ara \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak izin verilmektedir. \u00c7o\u011funlukla metal par\u00e7alardan gresi \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc olarak uygulan\u0131r. Mevzuat nedeniyle, AB&#8217;de kullan\u0131lan toplam TCE hacmi son y\u0131llarda \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<h2>Madde hakk\u0131nda daha fazla bilgi<\/h2>\n<p>TCE, oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ho\u015f ve tatl\u0131 bir kokuya sahip berrak, renksiz veya mavi serbest\u00e7e akan bir s\u0131v\u0131 olarak bulunan halojenli bir alkendir. Suda az \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcr, etanol, aseton, dietil eter ve kloroformda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcr ve ya\u011fda kar\u0131\u015fabilir. Engellenirse nispeten kararl\u0131d\u0131r, ancak g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0131s\u0131, hava veya oksijen ve nem, tehlikeli bozunma \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine reaksiyonu h\u0131zland\u0131rabilir.<\/p>\n<h2>Olu\u015fabilecek tehlikeler<\/h2>\n<p>TCE solundu\u011funda burnu, g\u00f6zleri ve bo\u011faz\u0131 tahri\u015f edebilir ve sinir sistemine zarar verebilir. Belirtiler aras\u0131nda ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, uyu\u015fukluk ve kafa kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer alabilir. \u015eiddetli bir maruziyet bilin\u00e7 kayb\u0131na da neden olabilir. Cilde temas etti\u011finde, ciltte a\u011fr\u0131, k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k ve \u015fi\u015fmeye neden olabilir. Uzun s\u00fcreli maruziyet b\u00f6brek kanseri ve karaci\u011fer kanserine neden olabilir.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Maruziyet ile TCE&#8217;ye ba\u011fl\u0131 kanser aras\u0131ndaki gecikme s\u00fcresi 18 ila 34 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Yapabilecekleriniz<\/h2>\n<p>Maruziyeti \u00f6nlemenin en etkili yolu, TCE i\u00e7ermeyen veya daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck TCE konsantrasyonlu alternatifle de\u011fi\u015ftirmektir. Bu ikameler genellikle mevcuttur ve kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. TCE i\u00e7eren \u00fcr\u00fcnler ikame edilemiyorsa ve bir izin ba\u015fvurusundan sonra kullan\u0131ma devam edilmesine izin veriliyorsa, TCE&#8217;ye maruziyet kapal\u0131 sistemler veya havaland\u0131rma gibi m\u00fchendislik kontrolleri yoluyla azalt\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
