UVR\u201d ye maruz kalma \u00f6ncelikle cildi ve g\u00f6zleri etkiler. Hem g\u00fcne\u015f hem de yapay UVR insanlar i\u00e7in kanserojen olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r (IARC Grup 1). A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 UVR maruziyeti birka\u00e7 saatlik bir gecikmeden sonra g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve kornea ve konjonktiva iltihab\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. Katarakt ve farkl\u0131 cilt kanseri t\u00fcrleri uzun y\u0131llar UVR maruziyetinden sonra geli\u015febilir. Avrupa \u201cda, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in IARC taraf\u0131ndan 470.000\u201d den fazla yeni cilt kanseri vakas\u0131 (melanom ve melanom d\u0131\u015f\u0131) bildirilmi\u015ftir.     <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Risklerin olu\u015ftu\u011fu yerler<\/h2>\n<p>Tar\u0131m ve ormanc\u0131l\u0131k, bina in\u015faat\u0131 ve in\u015faat m\u00fchendisli\u011fi veya gemicilik gibi a\u00e7\u0131k havada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7iler g\u00fcne\u015f UVR&#8217;sinden \u00f6zellikle etkilenmektedir. Bununla birlikte, teslimat, polis ve acil durum hizmetleri, e\u011fitim ve gastronomi gibi sadece k\u0131smen a\u00e7\u0131k havada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7iler de g\u00fcne\u015f UVR&#8217;sine maruz kalmaktan kaynaklanan riskler alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Yapay UVR&#8217;nin e\u015flik edebilece\u011fi aktiviteler aras\u0131nda \u00f6rne\u011fin ark veya lazerle kaynak veya kesme, malzeme testi, UV dezenfeksiyonu (g\u0131da end\u00fcstrisi, su ar\u0131tma) veya boyalar\u0131n end\u00fcstriyel k\u00fcrlenmesi yer almaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<h2>Tehlike hakk\u0131nda daha fazla bilgi<\/h2>\n<p>Dalga boylar\u0131 100 ila 400 nm aras\u0131nda olan UVR ne g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir ne de ba\u015fka bir \u015fekilde alg\u0131lanabilir. Her UVR dalga boyu ayn\u0131 biyolojik etkiye sahip de\u011fildir, ancak cildin ve g\u00f6zlerin g\u00f6receli spektral hassasiyetleri dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sonu\u00e7 olarak, \u00f6zellikle UV-B radyasyonu (280 - 315 nm) g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131 riski olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. UV-A radyasyonu (315 - 400 nm) di\u011fer \u015feylerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra cildin ya\u015flanmas\u0131na ve k\u0131r\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na neden olur.   <\/p>\n<p>Solar UV-C radyasyonu (100 - 280 nm) stratosferik ozon tabakas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tamamen emilir ve bu nedenle d\u00fcnya y\u00fczeyine ula\u015fmaz. Bununla birlikte, \u00f6rne\u011fin ark kayna\u011f\u0131 ve dezenfeksiyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda (tipik olarak 254 nm dalga boyunda) veya baz\u0131 lazer kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile yapay UV-C radyasyonu olu\u015fabilir. Yapay UV-C radyasyonu hava taraf\u0131ndan k\u0131smen emilerek ozon olu\u015fumuna yol a\u00e7ar.  <\/p>\n<h2>Olu\u015fabilecek tehlikeler<\/h2>\n<p>UVR \u00f6ncelikle cilt ve g\u00f6z y\u00fczeyleri \u00fczerinde etkili olmakla birlikte ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini bask\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilinmektedir. UVR&#8217;ye akut, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 maruz kalma, kornea ve konjonktivada &#8220;g\u00f6ze kum ka\u00e7m\u0131\u015f&#8221; hissi veren a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131 ancak geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc iltihaplanmaya ve ciltte iltihapl\u0131 k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa (eritem, g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile e\u015fanlaml\u0131d\u0131r) yol a\u00e7abilir. Uzun s\u00fcreli y\u00fcksek UVR maruziyeti hem beyaz (melanom olmayan) hem de siyah (melanom) cilt kanseri ve katarakt geli\u015fme riskini art\u0131r\u0131r. Akut sa\u011fl\u0131k etkileri birka\u00e7 saat gecikmeli olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131karken, kronik UVR maruziyetinin neden oldu\u011fu hastal\u0131klar\u0131n gecikme s\u00fcresi on y\u0131llar mertebesindedir.   <\/p>\n<h2>Yapabilecekleriniz<\/h2>\n<p>Tehlikeli i\u015f ekipman\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in ilk kontrol, UVR maruziyetini \u00f6nlemenin en etkili yoludur. Solar UVR ile ilgili olarak, risk kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n (g\u00fcne\u015f) de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Ancak, yapay UVR kullan\u0131lmak isteniyorsa veya istemeden ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yorsa, \u00f6nceden bir ikame kontrol\u00fc yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.   Prensip olarak, teknik, organizasyonel ve ki\u015fisel \u00f6nlemlerin makul bir kombinasyonu UVR&#8217;ye kar\u015f\u0131 en iyi korumay\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>Teknik \u00f6nlemler aras\u0131nda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc perdeleme ve g\u00f6lgeleme yer almaktad\u0131r, \u00f6rne\u011fin sabit i\u015fyerlerinde g\u00f6lgelikler ve sabit olmayan a\u00e7\u0131k hava i\u015fyerlerinde g\u00fcne\u015f \u015femsiyeleri. Tamamen kapal\u0131 kabinler, mobil i\u015f ekipman\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131rken UVR korumas\u0131 sa\u011flar. Binalar veya bitkiler gibi mevcut g\u00f6lgelendirme genellikle sadece s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 UVR korumas\u0131 sa\u011flar. Yapay UVR kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kayna\u011f\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 veya eri\u015filebilir UVR&#8217;nin perdelenmesi, etkili UVR korumas\u0131 sa\u011flaman\u0131n uygun bir yoludur.   <\/p>\n<p>Organizasyonel \u00f6nlemler maruziyet s\u00fcresini azaltmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bunlar aras\u0131nda, \u00f6rne\u011fin, i\u015f aktivitelerinin \u00e7ok az maruz kal\u0131nan veya hi\u00e7 maruz kal\u0131nmayan g\u00f6lgeli veya korumal\u0131 alanlara ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin sabah erken veya ak\u015fam ge\u00e7 saatlere kayd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 (d\u0131\u015f mekan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in) yer almaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015f faaliyetlerinin birka\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan aras\u0131nda da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ve UVR&#8217;ye maruz kalan kapal\u0131 i\u015fyerlerine eri\u015fimin i\u015faretler veya etiketlerle k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131 da organizasyonel \u00f6nlemlere \u00f6rnektir.  <\/p>\n<p>Geni\u015f kenarl\u0131 ve boyun korumal\u0131 bir ba\u015fl\u0131k, g\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6zl\u00fckleri (g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fckleri veya yapay UVR i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f koruyucu g\u00f6zl\u00fckler), y\u00fcz siperleri ve siperliklerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra t\u00fcm v\u00fccudu kaplayan giysiler ve eldivenler gibi ki\u015fisel koruyucular genellikle zorunludur.
