RCF \u201cler Avrupa S\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma, Etiketleme ve Ambalajlama Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi (EC 1272\/2008) kapsam\u0131nda kategori 1B kanserojen olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, yani bu maddelerin hayvan kan\u0131tlar\u0131na dayanarak insanlar i\u00e7in kanserojen potansiyele sahip oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. RCF\u201d lere tekrarlanan veya uzun s\u00fcreli inhalasyon maruziyeti akci\u011fer kanseri ve di\u011fer kronik akci\u011fer hastal\u0131klar\u0131 riskini art\u0131rabilir.   <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Risklerin olu\u015ftu\u011fu yerler<\/h2>\n<p>RCF \u201cler, \u00e7e\u015fitli end\u00fcstriyel sekt\u00f6rlerde y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131nda yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi olarak kullan\u0131lan end\u00fcstriyel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdir. Ana uygulama alanlar\u0131 f\u0131r\u0131nlar ve ocaklar i\u00e7in astar malzemeleridir. RCF t\u00fcketen ba\u015fl\u0131ca end\u00fcstriler aras\u0131nda kimya, g\u00fcbre, petrokimya, \u00e7elik, cam, seramik, \u00e7imento, d\u00f6k\u00fcmhane ve d\u00f6vme end\u00fcstrileri bulunmaktad\u0131r. Solunum, \u00fcretim ve son kullan\u0131c\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7leri s\u0131ras\u0131nda RCF\u201d lere maruz kalman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli yoludur. RCF imalat end\u00fcstrisinde, RCF \u201cye maruziyet kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma ve \u015fekillendirme i\u015flemleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda, malzemenin kesilmesi veya i\u015flenmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve RCF\u201d lerin di\u011fer malzemelerle birle\u015ftirildi\u011fi veya monte edildi\u011fi i\u015flemler s\u0131ras\u0131nda meydana gelebilir.    <\/p>\n<p>Son kullan\u0131c\u0131 konumlar\u0131nda, RCF&#8217;lere maruz kalma, y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemelerinin montaj\u0131, makinelerin ve f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, f\u0131r\u0131n denetimi ve bak\u0131m\u0131 ve RCF i\u00e7eren malzemelerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda meydana gelebilir. RCF yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesinin end\u00fcstriyel f\u0131r\u0131nlardan ve duvarlardan s\u00f6k\u00fclmesi, mesleki ortamlarda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen en y\u00fcksek hava konsantrasyonlar\u0131ndan baz\u0131lar\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<h2>Madde hakk\u0131nda daha fazla bilgi<\/h2>\n<p>RCF&#8217;ler tipik olarak beyaz veya gri lifli malzemelerdir ve d\u00f6kme lif, battaniye \u015feklinde tedarik edilir veya kat\u0131 bir \u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7inde bulunur. SVF&#8217;ler, amorf (kristal olmayan) bir yap\u0131ya sahip olmalar\u0131 ve daha az dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olma e\u011filiminde olmalar\u0131 nedeniyle asbest gibi do\u011fal mineral liflerden farkl\u0131d\u0131r.    <\/p>\n<p>Hammaddeye ve kullan\u0131m amac\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak SVF&#8217;ler de\u011fi\u015fen miktarlarda metal oksit i\u00e7erir. RCF&#8217;ler y\u00fcksek al\u00fcmina i\u00e7eri\u011fine sahiptir, bu da a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara dayanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bu, RCF\u201d lere tekrarlanan veya uzun s\u00fcreli inhalasyon yoluyla maruz kalman\u0131n akci\u011fer kanseri, plevral mezotelyoma ve di\u011fer kronik akci\u011fer hastal\u0131klar\u0131 riskinde art\u0131\u015fa neden olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steren hayvan deneylerinde elde edilen kan\u0131tlara dayanmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>RCF \u201clerin solunmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan k\u0131sa vadeli etkiler bo\u011faz a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, burun t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6ks\u00fcr\u00fck gibi solunum yolu tahri\u015flerini i\u00e7erebilir. RCF\u201d lere dermal maruziyet kontakt dermatit ve ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131ya neden olabilir. Lifler, \u00f6rne\u011fin eller yoluyla g\u00f6zlere de ge\u00e7erek tahri\u015fe neden olabilir.  <\/p>\n<p>RCF \u201clerin akci\u011fer etkilerine neden olma potansiyeli, en \u00f6nemlileri lif \u00e7ap\u0131, uzunlu\u011fu ve biyolojik s\u0131v\u0131lardaki \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmak \u00fczere fiziksel ve kimyasal \u00f6zelliklerinden etkilenir. Bunlar, liflerin akci\u011ferlere ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve akci\u011ferlerdeki kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 (al\u0131konma s\u00fcresi) ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla toksisitelerini belirleyen temel \u00f6zelliklerdir. RCF\u201d ye maruz kalma ile ilgili kanserler aras\u0131ndaki gecikme s\u00fcresinin 20-30 y\u0131la kadar uzun olmas\u0131 beklenmektedir.  <\/p>\n<h2>Yapabilecekleriniz<\/h2>\n<p>Birincil de\u011ferlendirme, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde RCF&#8217;nin ikamesinin teknik olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130kame \u00fcr\u00fcnlere \u00f6rnek olarak daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck biyolojik kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011fa sahip toprak alkali silikat (AES) y\u00fcnleri veya hafif lifsiz refrakter \u00fcr\u00fcnler verilebilir. \u0130kame \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin teknik uygunlu\u011fu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde gerekli termal ve mekanik \u00f6zelliklere veya kimyasal ve mekanik dirence ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130kame m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011filse, \u00f6nceden monte edilmi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler, lamine \u00fcr\u00fcnler, \u015fekillendirilmi\u015f par\u00e7alar veya toz olu\u015fumunu en aza indirmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prosed\u00fcrleri gibi uygun \u00fcr\u00fcn formlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye edilir.   <\/p>\n<p>RCF elyaflar\u0131n\u0131n yay\u0131lmas\u0131, tozlu proseslerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve etkili egzoz havaland\u0131rmas\u0131 kullan\u0131larak en aza indirilebilir. Elyaf malzemeler kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zamanlarda sar\u0131l\u0131 tutulmal\u0131 ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca az elle\u00e7lenmelidir. Havadaki lif miktar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in malzemelerin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce iyice \u0131slat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilir. Maruziyetin olu\u015fabilece\u011fi alanlar belirlenmeli ve di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131 tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fverenler, koruyucu \u00f6nlemlerin etkili olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veya ba\u015fka \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekip gerekmedi\u011fini kontrol etmek i\u00e7in ki\u015fisel \u00f6rnekleme ve\/veya sabit \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yoluyla d\u00fczenli maruziyet de\u011ferlendirmeleri yapmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar, maruziyeti \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in RCF&#8217;lerle g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in gerekli kontrol \u00f6nlemleri konusunda d\u00fczenli olarak e\u011fitilmelidir. <\/p>\n<p>RCF ile kontaminasyon riski olan alanlarda yemek yemek, sigara i\u00e7mek ve bir \u015feyler i\u00e7mek yasaklanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Molalar ayr\u0131, belirlenmi\u015f temiz bir alanda verilmeli ve yemekten \u00f6nce ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipman \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmal\u0131 ve eller y\u0131kanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n uygun bir ki\u015fisel hijyen standard\u0131n\u0131 korumalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak y\u0131kama tesisleri sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p>Yerle\u015fmi\u015f liflerden kaynaklanan ikincil maruziyeti \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in i\u015fyerinin d\u00fczenli tutulmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Temizlik, liflerin yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyen bir y\u00f6ntemle yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Elektrikli s\u00fcp\u00fcrgeler y\u00fcksek verimli HEPA filtreleme ile donat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f\u00e7iler RCF malzemelerini kullan\u0131rken solunum koruyucu ekipman, koruyucu giysi, eldiven ve koruyucu g\u00f6zl\u00fck dahil olmak \u00fczere yeterli ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipmana sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
