Madde, Carc. olarak uyumla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmaya sahiptir. Asya-Pasifik b\u00f6lgesinde, \u00e7at\u0131 kaplama ve ah\u015fap s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131kta k\u00fcrleme maddesi olarak da kullan\u0131l\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<h2>Madde hakk\u0131nda daha fazla bilgi<\/h2>\n<p>Saf MOCA renksiz kristal kat\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan formlar\u0131 (end\u00fcstri s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131) taba renkli peletler veya pullard\u0131r. Hafif bir amin kokusuna sahiptir, suda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr ve \u0131s\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda patlayabilir. <\/p>\n<h2>Olu\u015fabilecek tehlikeler<\/h2>\n<p>MOCA, kullan\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle hem deri hem de solunum yolu ile al\u0131n\u0131r. MOCA&#8217;n\u0131n lipofilikli\u011fi, nispeten k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck molek\u00fcler boyutu ve reaktif amin gruplar\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle cilt emilimi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. En y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonlar karaci\u011ferde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr. Emilen maddenin \u00e7o\u011fu birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde idrar ve d\u0131\u015fk\u0131 ile at\u0131l\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<p>Akut y\u00fcksek ve kazara maruziyetler ciltte ve g\u00f6zlerde tahri\u015fe ve yanma hissine, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131na ve gastrointestinal ve renal etkilere yol a\u00e7abilir. AB ayr\u0131ca MOCA i\u00e7in dermal maruziyetin toplam maruziyete \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131da bulunabilece\u011fini belirten bir \u201ccilt notasyonu\u201d belirlemi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p>MOCA&#8217;ya kronik maruziyet mesane kanserine neden olabilir.  <strong>Maruziyet ve MOCA ile ili\u015fkili mesane kanseri olu\u015fumu aras\u0131ndaki gecikme s\u00fcresi ortalama 11,5 y\u0131ld\u0131r ve 45 y\u0131la kadar uzayabilir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Yapabilecekleriniz<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan uygulamalarda ikame d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmelidir. Alternatifler mevcut de\u011filse veya MOCA yan \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilirse, ne zaman \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin bilinmesi i\u00e7in d\u00fczenli maruziyet de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131n. <\/p>\n<p>Poli\u00fcretan \u00fcretiminde MOCA kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in kat\u0131 ko\u015fullar mevcut olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle, sahalarda iyi bir genel temizlik de gereklidir ve i\u015f\u00e7iler kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funu almal\u0131 ve zeminleri vb. temizlemelidir. MOCA \u201cn\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlara eri\u015fim yetkili personelle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 ve i\u015f\u00e7ilere hangi KKD\u201d leri giymeleri gerekti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatmak i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenlik i\u015faretleri bulundurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. MOCA, sadece yetkili personelin eri\u015febilece\u011fi ayr\u0131 depolarda saklanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yar\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel ve makine d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcnde KKD (Ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipman) kullan\u0131m\u0131 zorunlu hale getirilecektir.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar maruziyetin etkilerinin fark\u0131nda olmal\u0131 ve maruziyeti \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in MOCA ile g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in gerekli kontrol \u00f6nlemleri konusunda d\u00fczenli olarak e\u011fitilmelidir. Ciltte ve g\u00f6zlerde yanma hissi gibi erken belirtileri bildirmeleri i\u00e7in te\u015fvik edilmelidirler. Bu nedenle bir i\u015fyeri hekimine ba\u015fvurulmas\u0131 tavsiye edilir.  <\/p>\n<p>Biyomonit\u00f6rleme \u015fu anda mesleki ortamlarda MOCA&#8217;ya toplam maruziyeti tahmin etmek i\u00e7in en iyi y\u00f6ntemdir.
