Akut toksisite d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olsa da (yani, tek bir k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli maruziyetten \u00f6lmek pek olas\u0131 de\u011fildir), \u0130zopren uzun s\u00fcreli veya tekrarlanan maruziyet karaci\u011fer kanseri, koku alma epitelinin dejenerasyonu ve omurilik beyaz maddesinin dejenerasyonu ile ili\u015fkilidir.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>  Karaci\u011fer kanseri i\u00e7in gecikme s\u00fcresinin 18 y\u0131l oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Yapabilecekleriniz<\/h2>\n<p>Maruziyeti \u00f6nlemenin en etkili yolu izoprenin daha g\u00fcvenli alternatiflerle ikame edilmesidir. \u0130zopren ikamesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve izopren kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda, maruziyeti azaltacak \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130zopren kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan de\u011fil \u00fcretiminden sorumlu olan ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f petrol \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin imalat\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ikame uygulanamaz. Ancak, kau\u00e7uk end\u00fcstrisinde di\u011fer monomerlerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 bir se\u00e7enek olabilir. \u0130zopren maruz kalmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemenin ikinci en etkili yolu kapal\u0131 sistemler geli\u015ftirmek ve kullanmakt\u0131r. Burun, bo\u011faz ve akci\u011ferlerde tahri\u015f (\u00f6rn. \u00f6ks\u00fcrme ve h\u0131r\u0131lt\u0131l\u0131 solunum), ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 veya ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi gibi semptomlar\u0131 bildirmeleri te\u015fvik edilmelidir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunlar al\u0131nan \u00f6nlemlerin yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair uyar\u0131 i\u015faretleri olabilir.
