Motor egzozuna maruz kalma, otob\u00fcs garajlar\u0131 ve kamyon terminallerindeki tamirciler, kamyon \u015fof\u00f6rleri, itfaiyeciler, in\u015faat i\u015f\u00e7ileri, forklift operat\u00f6rleri, kompres\u00f6rler ve jenerat\u00f6rler gibi sabit g\u00fc\u00e7 kaynaklar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filer, gemilere veya u\u00e7aklara y\u00fckleme ve bo\u015faltma yapan i\u015f\u00e7iler, petrol ve gaz sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve gi\u015fe g\u00f6revlileri gibi mesleklerde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<h2>Ka\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu duruma maruz kal\u0131yor?<\/h2>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da 3,6 milyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n Diesel motor egzoz gazlar\u0131na maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, AB&#8217;de milyonlarca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/tr\/fact\/kursun-bilesikleri\/\">kur\u015fun<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/tr\/fact\/berilyum-bilesikleri\/\">berilyum<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/tr\/fact\/cadmium-compounds\/\">kadmiyum<\/a> ve <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/tr\/fact\/nickel-compounds\/\">nikel<\/a> gibi carcinogen metaller i\u00e7eren dumanlara maruz kalmaktad\u0131r. <a href=\"https:\/\/stopcarcinogensatwork.eu\/tr\/fact\/chromium-vi-compounds\/\">Krom VI&#8217;ya<\/a> exposure, paslanmaz \u00e7elik, demir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ala\u015f\u0131mlar, kromat kaplamalar ve baz\u0131 kaynak sarf malzemelerinin kaynaklanmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.
