Dizel egzoz duman\u0131 IARC taraf\u0131ndan Grup 1 kanserojen olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, yani insanlarda kesin bir kanser nedeni olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>AB \u201cde her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 4.700 akci\u011fer kanseri vakas\u0131 ve 4.200\u201d den fazla \u00f6l\u00fcm vakas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte olup, bunlar\u0131n tamam\u0131 DEE ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. S\u0131kl\u0131kla DEE\u201ca maruz kalan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin akci\u011fer kanserine yakalanma riski %40\u201d a kadar artmaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<h2>Risklerin olu\u015ftu\u011fu yerler<\/h2>\n<p>Dizel motorlar \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli ara\u00e7lara, a\u011f\u0131r ekipmanlara ve makinelere g\u00fc\u00e7 sa\u011flar. Bu motorlar madencilik, ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k, in\u015faat, tar\u0131m, denizcilik ve \u00e7e\u015fitli imalat operasyonlar\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7ok say\u0131da sekt\u00f6rde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Dumanlar dizel yak\u0131tlar\u0131n yak\u0131lmas\u0131yla olu\u015fur. Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m \u00e7e\u015fitli kanserojen maddeler i\u00e7erir.    <\/p>\n<h2>Olu\u015fabilecek tehlikeler<\/h2>\n<p>Dizel motor egzozu adresine k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli maruziyet g\u00f6zlerde, burunda, bo\u011fazda ve akci\u011ferlerde tahri\u015fe neden olabilir. Uzun s\u00fcreli maruziyet, akci\u011fer kanseri dahil kronik solunum yolu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015fme riskini art\u0131rabilir. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dizel motor egzozu ile ili\u015fkili akci\u011fer kanserinin gecikme s\u00fcresi on ila 20 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Yapabilecekleriniz<\/h2>\n<p>Maruziyeti \u00f6nlemenin en etkili yolu DEE&#8217;u ortadan kald\u0131rmakt\u0131r.
