AB direktifi 89\/391EEC ve en son AB CMD 2004 (Direktif Madde 5(2) ve Madde 5(3)) uyar\u0131nca kimyasal s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n IBC’lerden, varillerden, 25 l’ye kadar reakt\u00f6rlere veya izo-tanklara ve tersi y\u00f6nde aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kapal\u0131 devre bir sistemin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, operat\u00f6r\u00fcn ve \u00e7evrenin kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in esast\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n

2004\/37\/EC say\u0131l\u0131 Direktifin genel gereklilikleri uyar\u0131nca, i\u015fverenler teknik olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funda maddenin ikame edilmesini, kapal\u0131 sistemlerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 veya maruziyetin teknik olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeye indirilmesini sa\u011flamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n
