Bu y\u00f6ntem, numunelerin elutriasyonunu ve omurgas\u0131zlar\u0131n yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczen bir k\u0131sm\u0131n etanol i\u00e7inde muhafaza edilmesini ve \u00e7\u00f6kelmi\u015f bir k\u0131sm\u0131n (kum, ta\u015f) yerinde dondurulmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.
