Kanserojenler i\u00e7in, hiyerar\u015fide bir ad\u0131m a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya inmeye yaln\u0131zca teknik s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar maruziyeti tamamen ortadan kald\u0131rman\u0131z\u0131 engelledi\u011finde izin verilir. Burada ki\u015fisel koruyucu i\u00e7in P&#8217;ye odaklanaca\u011f\u0131z. L\u00fctfen P&#8217;den \u00f6nce S, T ve O&#8217;yu dikkate al\u0131n. KKD yaln\u0131zca hiyerar\u015fide daha \u00fcst s\u0131ralarda yer alan \u00f6nlemlere ek olarak kullan\u0131labilir ve son \u00e7are olarak kabul edilir.   <\/p>\n<p>KKD, bir ki\u015finin sa\u011fl\u0131k veya g\u00fcvenli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik bir veya daha fazla riske kar\u015f\u0131 koruma sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla bir ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan giyilmek veya tutulmak \u00fczere tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ve \u00fcretilmi\u015f herhangi bir ekipmand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>KKD se\u00e7erken nelere dikkat edilmelidir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130\u015fyerinde bulunan kanserojen maddelerin tehlike \u00f6zellikleri<\/li>\n<li>KKD ile ilgili bilgiler g\u00fcvenlik bilgi formlar\u0131nda mevcuttur<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fyeri risk de\u011ferlendirmesinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n bireysel \u00f6zellikleri, \u00f6rne\u011fin v\u00fccut boyu, ayakkab\u0131 numaras\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0130\u015fyerinde bulunan kanserojen maddeler i\u00e7in uygun KKD \u201cnin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 esast\u0131r. Genellikle birden fazla KKD\u201d nin gerekli oldu\u011funu unutmay\u0131n. <\/p>\n<h2>Uygun KKD&#8217;nin se\u00e7ilmesi<\/h2>\n<h3>Temel k\u0131lavuz ilkeler<\/h3>\n<p>\u0130\u015fverenler, maruziyetin niteli\u011fi, s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u00fcresini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak KKD&#8217;lerin ilgili mesleki riskleri azaltmaya uygun oldu\u011funu garanti etmelidir. Bunu yaparken, yeterli koruma fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc ve di\u011fer mesleki risklerdeki potansiyel art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmalar\u0131 gerekir. <\/p>\n<p>KKD&#8217;nin etkili olabilmesi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131c\u0131ya uygun \u015fekilde oturmas\u0131 gerekir (y\u00fczdeki t\u00fcylerin uygun oturmay\u0131 ve i\u015flevi tehlikeye atabilece\u011fini unutmay\u0131n). Ergonomi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n alerjileri (\u00f6rn. lateks) de dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, uygun \u015fekilde karar vermek i\u00e7in hangi ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacaklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurman\u0131z gerekir.  <\/p>\n<p>En uygun KKD \u201cyi se\u00e7erken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 da dahil etti\u011finizden emin olun. Rahat ve iyi tak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f KKD\u201d ler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bunlar\u0131 kullanmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>KKD&#8217;lerin AB mevzuat\u0131na uygun olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in CE i\u015fareti ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fverenler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n her bir g\u00f6revlerinde hangi ki\u015fisel koruyucuyu kullanmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ve bunlar\u0131 nas\u0131l do\u011fru \u015fekilde kullanacaklar\u0131 konusunda bilin\u00e7lendirildiklerinden emin olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>Temizlik, depolama ve bak\u0131m<\/h3>\n<p>KKD kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n gerekli oldu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakileri sa\u011flaman\u0131z gerekir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130\u015f k\u0131yafetleri veya koruyucu k\u0131yafetler ve sokak k\u0131yafetleri i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 saklama yerleri sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/li>\n<li>Koruyucu ekipman her kullan\u0131mdan sonra kontrol edilmeli, temizlenmeli ve iyi tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f bir yerde uygun \u015fekilde saklanmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/li>\n<li>Kusurlu ekipman daha fazla kullan\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce onar\u0131l\u0131r veya de\u011fi\u015ftirilir<\/li>\n<li>KKD&#8217;ler tekrar kullan\u0131lacaksa temizlenmesi ve\/veya dezenfekte edilmesi kolay olmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7 politikalar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 koruyucu ekipmanla ilgili olarak uymalar\u0131 gereken prosed\u00fcrleri, yani bu ekipman\u0131n do\u011fru \u015fekilde nas\u0131l kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, temizlenece\u011fini, bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve saklanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirlemelidir.<\/p>\n<h3>KKD&#8217;yi belirtin<\/h3>\n<p>\u0130\u015fyeri risk de\u011ferlendirmesinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan talimatlar\u0131, her bir g\u00f6rev i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar taraf\u0131ndan hangi KKD \u201clerin kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtmelidir; bu da her bir KKD\u201d nin koruma seviyesinin ve teknik \u00f6zelliklerinin a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmesi anlam\u0131na gelir.
